Awesome car and build! The Plazma LM (Le Mans) kits have a longer wheelbase and fiberglass t-plate for the rear suspension. The longer wheelbase is more scale for the Le Mans bodies which came with this kit (Porsche, Mazda, Toyota, Jaguar). Kyosho also released a Plazma kit (about the same time) which was for 1/12 GTP racing. Same front suspension, but short wheelbase with no T-plate in the rear. The regular Plazma kit was made for carpet racing against other similar GTP cars of the time. The Plazma LM kits, with the factory painted bodies are some of the most beautiful 1/12 kits ever released IMO. The scale look is incredible. Can’t wait to see you running this car in the spring. One last thing, most people run these with single cell LiPo’s and electronics. Running this on 2 cells may be a handful for traction… Happy New Year & thanks for all you do for the RC community.
I just built the Porsche 962 Plazma a couple weeks ago. This is one of the most amazing cars of all time. I had this car a few years ago. It drives better than most AWD touring cars. You can push it and it’s extremely stable and wicked fast. My new one is now a shelf queen but if you drive it, recommend a nice brushless set up and an AVC (it is rear wheel drive 😂 ) . Plazma LM new in box is extremely rare.
Very cool little pan car, the chassis looks fantastic. The Pepto pink body needs some help, I am sure it will look better with the decals on it. It is a little too pastel pink pink for my liking, I prefer the brighter, bolder pink but I am sure with the decals on, it will look a lot better. I am glad to see you back to enjoying a build and you sound happier too! Take care Keith and I will be looking forward to the next one!
just watching this as I build my Tamiya Porsche 956, looks like I will be buying another pan car, that chassis is amazing! and that motor is a real nice touch
Looks awesome with the red and carbon bits. I have 2 of these, except they are basic (means FRP instead of carbon), a 962C 'racing' and a Mazda 787b 😊 Runned with a 21.5T Justock and it was quite good (for a 2WD on asphalt. Happy New Year 🎉🎆🍾
That looks awsome, and pre finished body 😮 im all about that haha. I may have to see what its like when it gets rere’d later this year. Im not able to have a lot of shelfers. But that does look a good build
Happy New Year buddy and what a kit to start the New Year with! Chassis looks gorgeous with the carbon and red accent parts and the motor in carbon just finishes it off! By the way I have the same Orion Vortex ESC and motor package in my TB01 and it flies for a 19 turn, I think in that pan car it will take off! lol
Yeah that things cool as. I have picked up the new one they released its a Plazma Mk3. It would be cool if it came with a body like that car has in style wise but they redid the original series a-2 body which was apparently excellent for racing back in the day. Certainly a cool car mate.
The Plasma being rereleased is the Mk3 from the mid 80s, a much simpler car. This one is a fairly modern chassis from 2014 and slot different to the rerelease.

It's a great looking chassis indeed. Sounds like the new driveway has really opened up a whole new world of opportunities. Thanks again!
Ok yes
It came out great Keith! That motor is perfect for it.
Definitely thumbs up on this build, Kyosho has the most beautiful builds!!!
I don’t think I’ve ever seen this car. That rear suspension pivot is a perfect example of Kyosho’s over engineering, and is really neat
Awesome build Keith i knew that motor was perfect for your build as soon as you showcased the kit😅
Happy New Year! Nice kyosho. Now you need to build an on road track😊
Wicked kit! Didn't know it existed, love it 💯
Dearest Keith 😊 Happy new year❣️ you just have the coolest stuff and thank you for building them ❤
Awesome! Love the pink.
Sweet chassis!
Dude nice keith. Thanks for sharring. Happy new year and a hello from ferntreegully melbourne australia!!
Cool ass little car it is setup exactly like my TRF101.
Good looking car can’t wait to see the run footage
Awesome car. Thanks for showing Keith.

Man, sweet car. I like it. Good vid, I was watching while tooling a bit with my RC's. (CAD and 3D printing to be specific).

Wow, that is one sexy little chassis, especially with all the red bits!! And a 962C body? DAMN!!!!
Really great to see a build
What a great car! Thanks for sharing!
Lovely!

Should make these again. You should get the the rere plazma.
