hydrogels for the cracked nipple you will get initially. Still in that phase - week 1 with my newborn- but can tell it is making a huge difference.

How soon to pump? Like at the hospital?

It’s up to you! I pumped in the hospital right away with this baby because I knew I struggled with milk supply with my first. Talk to a lactation consultant as soon as you can after birth and they can direct you on when to start :-)
