This is it, ladies and gentlemen. The final episode of The Law Enforcement Chronicles for Grand Theft Auto IV, today we are going to get the elusive, the challenging, and the VERY time-consuming Police Maverick. As you can see from the length of the video, this one took quite a while, so thanks Rockstar for causing me to lose my saves. But we're going to pull through, and at the end of the day, acquire for ourselves the most unique helicopter in the (base) game.

1:02 I'd have to disagree, got it like 10 times total XD Just out of the GTA series the Lifeguard Frogger from V beats it. The Polmav mostly depends on luck and especially patience. I personally used a different building for that method, one located in
Castle Gardens if I recall (?) next to a hospital and opposite to a ferry station pier leading to Liberty Island, has more landing room on it and is not surrounded by such high buildings

In TBOGT the Polmav has a mission spawn

you cant escape the police in a helicopter at 3 stars or higher, its weird how it works but thats why you cant escape with it
