The first ever Eurovision party from Isreal had the singer ( it was one singer with no dancers are backup singer) in loos outfits. The reason? Toons of murderr threats. She had a bulletproof vest under her clothes. I wander if this kind of tactic will be reinstated this year. From the one hand the threats to Israelis going abroad and representing Isreal only grows , On the other hand, it’s not something that a singer like Eden can do ! The upside down tree represents the trees where the nova dancers had to go and hide beneath from the evil that was chasing them. No wonder they added the hard breaths on that part. They were running and hiding for their lives.
In my opinion, the tree isn't upside-down, the picture is. hinting as if the dancers who are looking up are actually looking down as their souls leave this world.😢

Your country and mine are not exactly friends, to put it mildly... and I hate to say it! I'm so tired hearing that one country hates another country. But like how and why? Just the fact that Israel is participating means so much. The Jewish people, like the Ukrainians, are extremely resilient. My love and support go unconditionally to Israel. What I see and hear on TV, social media, but also in my immediate environment is downright terrifying, but together we are strong. I will continue to defend Israel even though I face strong opposition. I was recently banned from 'Facebook' for a month for replying to a rabid anti-Semite with 'heil hitler'... Your country and mine are not exactly friends, to put it mildly... and I hate to say it! I'm so tired hearing that one country hates another country. But like how and why? There are basically the same people everywhere in the world and no one is born evil and no one is born with hatred in their heart. We can research history and draw boundaries, but the guilty people here are those who allowed these conflicts to escalate to this point and those who allowed power and money to be prioritized against humaneness and humanity. I’m quite annoyed at the Eurovision community, many for not even acknowledging or reacting to the song, it shows how many in the community are political even though these are the people who preach that Eurovision should be about the music.
