excellent work man. Just wondering how do you guys come up with this type of shots that makes you think that this would look good is it experimenting or how you guys always have something in your mind to create very clearly. For me, when i decided to make something good but tbh i am not sure clearly what should i make and when i decide what i should , I look up at pintrest or any other website and start to make stuff but after some time i am not happy with the progress or the render was not looking like I imagined and my mind starts going blank with no further ideas and resulting in decrease in confidence.
Most liquid stuff was done in Blender or Houdini. The explosions were composited in after effects or fusion and then color graded to adjust exposure. I do admit in Unreal Engine though and am looking to do more in it this year as well.
That's impressive! How did you learn so much? I'd love to learn Motion Design and Graphics but specifically 3D product animation in detail. Can you teach me one-on-one, or do you have a course available? If not, could you recommend a good course for me?
I’m not doing one on one online tutoring. I learned with just loads of practice, a good mentor who has years and years of experience at the beginning who lived close to me and was able to give solid feedback, and mostly attempting to apply tutorial lessons to new situations and scenes, challenging myself to try harder, combining workflows even. I’m definitely still feeling like you! I have so much more to learn!
@aftaabattar6180 path tracer always gives a better look, although I’ve found some hacks I might make a video about to highlight how to make MetaHumans look extra good in Lumen
I’m happy to take requests on certain projects you see in this that you’d like to see a tutorial on. I can’t guarantee that it will get made but I love getting ideas from you guys!
@@owenjenkinsofficial im using laptop, and i also want to do things like this. Mind if you’d share some tips? Currently i got i5 10th gen, 4gb 3050rtx, 8gb ram. Is the 4gb vid card enough? And if i upgraded the ram to 32 would it not bottleneck the 4gb vid card? Thanks
@Racio00 Industry minimum standard is 16gb ram and an 8GB vram card. You can get by for sure with lower than that. I have a laptop that works good and is 6GB vram and 32GB ram. I do recommend going higher. I do have a workstation too. But in the beginning it’s just about making stuff even if it takes a long time. Once you start earning some money, that’s an opportune time to upgrade!
Awesome! 🔥
Thank you!
one of the best that ive seen so far, it is so well-presented
This is something to strive for. Amazing work!
And. Here. We. Go!
I need a joker gif for this.

Hello, I’m learning 3D motion, I really liked your implementation - clean, contrasty, inspiring

It’s usually a mix. Some things I have a clear vision for and some things take some significant preproduction and art direction to define the look.
A level of work to strive towards! can I ask, did you do you liquid and fire simulations in blender or jump to unreal for that?
Most liquid stuff was done in Blender or Houdini. The explosions were composited in after effects or fusion and then color graded to adjust exposure. I do admit in Unreal Engine though and am looking to do more in it this year as well.
Interesting, I’m in the process of building up a portfolio with a couple animations in sound/post phase, thanks for the response and insight!
How can you make a lemon look so realistic? Can you make a video tutorial about it?
Subsurface scattering and roughness values!
How did you learn all of that and how do I get started in this and specifically 3d product animation?
lol I’ve just binged UA-cam videos for years, practicing daily, and find a mentor that can help you!
Where can I find a mentor @@owenjenkinsofficial

Can I ask if all this content was created in blender? Was cinema 4D used?
Mostly Blender and Unreal Engine. A little bit of Houdini!
Wow✨ how much time did it take to render metahuman ?
Path traced took 6 hours on my 3090. Lumen took like 5-10 minutes.
@@owenjenkinsofficial so does the path tracer give more best result that real time render i mean what's the difference ?
@aftaabattar6180 path tracer always gives a better look, although I’ve found some hacks I might make a video about to highlight how to make MetaHumans look extra good in Lumen
@@owenjenkinsofficial ok btw great reel 🙌🏻
Render samples how much for 3d animation?
It was different for each animation. I’m sure blender tutorials would give you an idea of what’s a good starting place. Check out Ducky3D!
Do you have tutorials for this?

Nope 🙂 just Blender, UE5 and a tiny bit of Houdini!
Please music name
I edited it from a random song on artlist!

I’d have to go look it up. Got it from my artist.io subscription.

@@owenjenkinsofficial do i also need to worry about frying my video card for extensive usage on blender? Thank you so much for this!!
@Racio00 not really i would assume blender would crash before it would become at risk of causing electronic damage
