That was hilarious !!! Great job guys ! A special mention to the influenceable customer at the beginning. As a customer myself, I remember how strange our behavior can be in a room full of ''toys''. Thank you guys ! Very funny !
Thanx for the tips.. All of my records are flat again, it sounds like new again.. I wanted to throw them away, but thanx to this video they have a second life. Thanks again.
Definitely my favourite episode in the series. Dereck scooping all the $ dollar bin records and washing the records on the car are particular highlights. Also - 420 degrees? Atticus is definitely blazing it with some of his methods... ;)
You tell him Jesse!!! LOL Nice cameo Dereck!!! Dude he just broke some Motown!! Power washer!! Never mind the oven why don't you use a blow torch? This stuff is hilarious!!!
The Mars Volta & Deadwing for just $1... Besides that Sigh vinyl (according to Discogs) only cost around $100 and is limited to 300 copies, but now we know there's only 299 left.
@@johnnydarko4178 - Absolutely NONE of those records are in the dollar bin lol They were all spanking brand new, very collectable (or at least popular), and there is no way in hell any of them would be a dollar 😁
@@GabrielWorlow - No, they are going for $10,000 and that's if you are lucky enough to even see one for sale. If you can point me in the direction of a copy for $2,000 I will buy it this second and give you a $100 finders fee. It's a joke, all of those records in the dollar bin are pretty collectible and kinda expensive. The black guy at the counter is the owner of the Flaming Lips album (or his friend is, I can't remember).
I have a few thousand LP's now, but I still like to hit the "two for a dollar" section to "discover" unknown stuff. I actually use the coer art and the list of instruments listed (if available) to get an idea of what's on the record. I was batting about 30% with the rest being throwaways, until I started using my smart phone to look up the albums. :) Now I'm at about 80%.
If you are going to use the staples, they'll ruin the grooves, so it's best to put them all within the same song so you only ruin the one song. Glad to be of help!
I tried your D.I.Y. method on my warped vinyl with my pooch licking the glass all over... works great only thing is NO more Miles Davis, instead I got Angles "Dogs Are Talking"!
I need to cut down on using butter and oil when frying my favorite foods on the stove. Would you recommend dog saliva as a worthy substitute? Thanks for the tips!!!
The use of the Vinyl Flat as a weight was clever. Nice lil dig on the DIY methods. I'm sure the glass can work, but I'm guessing a few hundred for the Vinyl Flat is easier and better.
haha! omg Atticus strikes again! This time with guest stars lol. The poor guy just can't catch a break with his DIY techniques. I know sooner or later he's gonna get it right. Hopefully before he destroys your entire collection lol.. Please make sure you locate him from the institution because like Christopher Walken said "We need more Atticus" ! - Brilliant and funny :)
Imagining if my poor 50th anniversary reissue of Pink Floyd DSOTM went through this. I get a cold shiver and I just wanna sit and cradle my record. "Don't worry momma will protect you."
Depends on which one you mean. I spoiled the joke, already, but the one that is broken was already broken. Just a silly trick swapping out a second copy
I was looking for someone else in the comments who cringed at the sponge scrubbing . . . with the rough side… I hope nobody tries this in steps before watching the entire thing first
(SECRET: The records arrived trashed in the mail many years ago. The seller offered a replacement. So, it's actually two different sets. I never threw the broken ones away because it was so stunning how destroyed they were. Don't tell anyone how we did our cheap special effects)
Turned out great, Tim.
thanks for your participation!
Your facial expressions in this are priceless Dereck!
Been surfing UA-cam for tips on cleaning Lp's.......You made my day lol
Derek in 720p. What a time to be alive.
Love the way you can clean the vinyls and the car windscreen. Ecology in action here. Well done!
lol
That was hilarious !!! Great job guys ! A special mention to the influenceable customer at the beginning. As a customer myself, I remember how strange our behavior can be in a room full of ''toys''. Thank you guys ! Very funny !
This is hilarious! My late husband would love this.
"It's good, but still a bit warped." LOL !! Thanks so much for this video!
Thanx for the tips.. All of my records are flat again, it sounds like new again.. I wanted to throw them away, but thanx to this video they have a second life.
Thanks again.
This series is so well made, never stop!
thank you
Thank you for this lol, been working on flattening a record this week and needed some comic relief.. cheers!

Well worth the wait Tim :D
thanks, man
He was supposed to say "baking" not "cooking" - I forgot to point that out
No...it's cooking! Yummmmm.
ha
You tell him Jesse!!! LOL Nice cameo Dereck!!! Dude he just broke some Motown!! Power washer!! Never mind the oven why don't you use a blow torch? This stuff is hilarious!!!
I know it's been 3 years but is there going to be a part 4? This is comedy gold
they got so much hate messages I had to turn off ratings, etc... then I just kind of lost interest in the 4th one
@@ArtsyFartsyTimo comedy gold!
Another classic. Loved Dereck - couldn't stop laughing at those expressions!!!
instant classic ;)
Nice! Love the Dereck Higgins cameo appearance.
"This Isn't Fucking Goodwill" 😂👌

I was gonna say, ain't no way that mars volta record is in the dollar bin!!

Did you not see the flaming lips blood filled vinyl there’s only 12 of those and they have sold for 2000$ and it’s sitting in the one dollar Ben

Nice cameo by Dereck!
Oh hey. Vinyl Therapy! I was just there a couple weeks ago. Neat.
THE BLOOD ALBUM IN THE $1 BIN XD
The guy grabbing the whole dollar bin was hilarious.
This series is gold! :)
Opened this curious to see how they restored records not knowing it was a joke. I cringed so much even after I realized it was a joke. Lol
Me too. 😁
10:11 Who else cried a little
What was that LP set anyway? It didn't look familiar.
OMG!!!!! You had me in tears!!!!! Fantastic!!!!!!
HAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!! Dereck's expression at the Blood record is fucking priceless!!!
We wanted to do a cameo by him in the second video, but we didn't connect. Glad we got it in on this one
How i feel about Disney (2020)

Brilliant video. I'm new around the VC but have enjoyed watching all your videos. Great Cameo, btw!
thanks!
wish the dollar bins looked like that here!
I love these so much please continue the series
ha - thanks. There were only supposed to be 3 in the series, but I did consider a 4th

Great tip!!!
This is great! I've always been putting them in the run-in and run-out tracks... jeez im such a noob.
HowToBasic face reveal is lookin on point 👌👌💯🔥
Freakin amazingggggg!! You've outdone yourself.
lol - thank you, James
THE FUCKING DOLLAR BIN HOLY SHIT
Love it, I've done the oven melt myself (a little too hot for a tad too long) I'm sure I'm not the only one who can relate and laugh along with this.
DOH
I tried your D.I.Y. method on my warped vinyl with my pooch licking the glass all over... works great only thing is NO more Miles Davis, instead I got Angles "Dogs Are Talking"!
Really adds to the warmth
Holy crap! That was amazing.
ha - thank you, Rodger!
I fixed my motorhead album with a bale of peat briquettes and two pieces of cardboard lol - job done
YAY I HAVE BEEN WAITING A YEAR
lol
Same 😂
Love it!
I'm all over the place :)
How much did you have to pay him? He seems very professional.
Clearly I paid him way too much
I have a puggle too. I didn't know he could be so useful for cleaning records!
That's Gozer. The namesake of this video channel!
Ahhhhh heliocentric worlds of sun ra in the $1 bin. I'm in tears
This is some Awesome stuff, You got to love it.
Have tried to microwave the record? You can cook popcorn while heating up the record. Everybody wins!😂
You passed The Mars Volta's Deloused in the Crematorium for $1 and think it isn't worth picking up?...
Even as a joke video i'm upset about this...
I need to cut down on using butter and oil when frying my favorite foods on the stove. Would you recommend dog saliva as a worthy substitute? Thanks for the tips!!!
Gozer thinks everything should be licked. Period
This was GREAT!! Loved the vinyl flat for weight LMAO!
The use of the Vinyl Flat as a weight was clever. Nice lil dig on the DIY methods. I'm sure the glass can work, but I'm guessing a few hundred for the Vinyl Flat is easier and better.
Oh, I know the glass can work. Not making fun of people that do it at all. Just making fun of incompetence, not methods
Super score with the Longinette Symphony - definitely worth the time. The microwave works best - less fats, so much healthier for your vinyl.
lol
DerrickVon got some real bargains in that $1.00 bin !!!!
He knows his shit
I was in tears!!! This is fucking GOOOOOLLLLDDD Timmy!! Thanks so much, my friend!!
anything for you
How to basics - Vinyl edition

That Mars Volta album you skipped right over...Wow!!!
yeah, cos THAT was the expensive one in there. 🙄😁
Love the Bach at the end.
RIP vinyl friends. May you spin forever in heaven
What is the record at 0:44 ?
The Porcupine Tree record?
Vinyl Eyezz is watching this and crying
What do I do if my vinyl-flat is warped?
one of my favorite parts is the misuse of the Vinyl Flat
This is a CD lover's favorite UA-cam channel.
This made my day : )
soo good :-) i love it
;)
This is not what i was looking for but im glad i found it..
2:37 that was record breaking
So funny, this is SO FUNNY ! :)) congrats !
I use ordinary soap and cotton wool, soap and rinse under running water from under the tap.
WTF LMAOOOOO!!!!! Dereck in the house... cheers!
Just found these..can't stop laughing
Why are the ratings (likes and dislikes) disabled?
because these videos got SO MUCH hate
Why you don't upload new videos?
because I suck and I'm lazy
HAHA.... love everyone freaking out about the $1 Mars Volta record. What store is this?
Aaron Chamberlain Goodwill
I've tried in all my 78 rpm Records!!!!
Im fugging cooked.. my man said this aint fucking goodwill😂😂🤣🤣💪🏽🇺🇸
I was laughing so much that I cried.
FINALLY
lol
the best video! great!
Imagining if my poor 50th anniversary reissue of Pink Floyd DSOTM went through this. I get a cold shiver and I just wanna sit and cradle my record. "Don't worry momma will protect you."
lol
1:00 I wish people looked at me like that
lol
WHAT?!?!? Did I just witness a genuinely good record get destroyed?!?!?
Depends on which one you mean. I spoiled the joke, already, but the one that is broken was already broken. Just a silly trick swapping out a second copy
what good is a video if it doesn't upset people? ;)
I feel relieved now.
I shouldn't have spoiled it
I put boiling or hot water and a book ! It is easy and soft for the record .😊
pure fucking gold
Gozer gets lots of screen time
yay! more records!!!!
ha
This ain't fucking Goodwill
Dude that dollar bin had some great stuff all I get in my town is the bottom of the barrel records nobody wants
🤦🏻♂️
thanks for this
You are too funny Atticus
“THIS AITN FU***NG gOODWILL”
I cryed when he backed over it with his car
I did the same with the hoven ,same results.
Thanks 👍
Is this guy from Washington State?
I cringed with the sponge 😂 very funny though
I was looking for someone else in the comments who cringed at the sponge scrubbing . . . with the rough side… I hope nobody tries this in steps before watching the entire thing first
Eh i dont need my vininhills to be flat to nail them on my wall
Eyyy! It's Dereckvon! :D Also: I would have loved that album. Why crush it? :
I’m guessing money’s not a huge issue if we’re just going around crushing $120+ Sigh records with our car
(SECRET: The records arrived trashed in the mail many years ago. The seller offered a replacement. So, it's actually two different sets. I never threw the broken ones away because it was so stunning how destroyed they were. Don't tell anyone how we did our cheap special effects)
That is some pretty extreme damage all right, it looks like they'd shattered like glass.
derek in there
0:49 lmao
1:01 all those records have aids now.
Hmmm, obviously an expert. Wonder if he could help me with a warped cd?
Entertainment for record junkies! Such as myself.
