I hear "8K" and I mentally check out. 4K games still struggle with 60fps and RT on consoles. 8K? Who, why, what!?
We don't need or want a useless PS5 Pro. We just want the games, understand Sony?
I don’t think anyone cares and is interested in a pro model. $ony has no 1st party and there’s just no excitement around the brand.
they need to announce more PS5 ONLY games to justify the existence of the PS5 at all, never mind a pro version

Personally if feel short changed this generation. Enhanced versions of PS4 games is all I’ve played on my PS5 now they’re trying to sell me more hardware? Where are the PS5 exclusives? You’ll buy a Pro model for $600 - $700 still have no games then in 2027 they’ll release a PS6. Sorry but I think most rational people aren’t going going to continue console gaming if this trend continues.
Instead of a PS5 Pro, how about developers actually put in some effort and maximize the PS5 capabilities. PS3 had titles where people questioned how that's even running on it. Switch, too. PS5 does not have such a title yet. They aren't utilizing all that's available on PS5.
I just bought a ps5 slim recently, hard to get hold of. Should have known Sony would shaft me again. This, is my final playstation. I'm done with this money grabbing nonsense.
I Actually really wish I could get a refund from sony.. I honestly feel ripped off and I'm really just done with gaming for at least a really long time..Im sick of it I've never Been so mad and disappointed that I Paid for a console in my life...What is there Like 7 games that are for Ps5 only at this point? Most have been released for other systems or the PS4...I Don't think a single PlayStation 5 Game has came even close to pushing the hardware yet and they want 70 bucks for what? Lol The fact There are people actually excited and are willing to pay for a pro is crazy to me and It's those kind of people And the ones that pay for MicroTransactions faults why The state of gaming is the way it is..Smh What happened to the Hobby I use to love? When I was younger and me and my friends would sit around playing games Imagining how great games were gonna be in the Future this wasn't what we talked about at all thats for sure...
Imagine buying a second NBA ticket for the exact same game.. this is what these companies are doing to the customers. Don't fall for this marketing.
If you want people to buy the Pro, push developers to patch their games to 60fps ( Red Ded Redemption 2 )
How about
Unoptimized PS4 games are still locked at 30fps on PS5. PS5 Pro won't do much if they don't bother increasing the support for the new system.
I hope the PlayStation 5 Professional ships with a professional tie.
You know what us consumers hate? Buying one version of the console then a much better version coming out shortly after. I think anyone in the market for a ps5 is likely waiting for a date and price on the ps5 pro before they make any purchases. I know I would.

I really hope this doesn't result in the degradation of performance on base PS5. It was pretty telling that when PS4 pro released, combined with the rise of TAA, made the base consoles horrendously blurry, while the pro machines looked like the actual dev's vision.

it has absolutely no games that take advantage of the power we have right now its mostly cross gen or so called remasters
