The main tools that pushed me forward were holotropic breathwork, meditation, psychedelics, therapy, system settings, radical forgiveness, working with beliefs... Please take care of your safety while trying each of these methods. They help but can also harm if you do them without taking care of yourself.

I have just completed domestic abuse survivor trauma therapy, which took over 4 months, I have had some really hard days but have loved myself completely through all this pain,healing and growth and my therapist said to me that I am like a daffodil coming through the soil and she said do you know how hard that is, to break through that soil and face the sun!
And to have come to completing those sessions, and to be even stronger in my being is amazing! So anyone reading this that is a domestic violence survivor just know you can get through it🙏❤️💗
