My son got an accident almost a year ago, hit and run they left him there, but he is alive..went through many surgeries, brain trauma. He haven't talk or move, he ooen his eyes and I know he listen. Four years ago I prayed for my cat who was fighting for his life after a blood cot developed in his left lung after surgery. Depression rises, when you miss out your vocation, your calling, the most meaningful work you could do with your life, it's not always "work" it can be anything to boost your day. Anxiousness is followed by depression. And anxiousness is there to kick your ass. What I rather suggest is to let your heart speak. Listen to your heart. Listen to your inner voice as all the knowledge is there. You just need to hear it and take action.
Food has a major influence on your mental health. Check the internet for info. And you gotta move at least 30 minutes a day. Sleep wel and avoid stress.

Hi hope you are feeling better now. I do recommend you and/or anyone who is grieving to read ‘signs’ by Laura Lynne Jackson. That’s the book that really helps me during my grief over my boyfriend and grandma death (happened within 3 months) this year. Just sharing as I know how hard it is to cope and i really hope to help anyone grieving to feel better in any way. Do keep an open mind on the content of the book, as you know that science does not define everything in world.

My son got an accident almost a year ago, hit and run they left him there, but he is alive..went through many surgeries, brain trauma. He haven't talk or move, he ooen his eyes and I know he listen. Depression rises, when you miss out your vocation, your calling, the most meaningful work you could do with your life, it's not always "work" it can be anything to boost your day. Anxiousness is followed by depression. And anxiousness is there to kick your ass. What I rather suggest is to let your heart speak. Listen to your heart. Listen to your inner voice as all the knowledge is there. You just need to hear it and take action.
Food has a major influence on your mental health. Check the internet for info. And you gotta move at least 30 minutes a day. Sleep wel and avoid stress.
God is with you every step of the way. Hold on to your belief

Not seeing/hearing and hugging our loved ones is physically painful but that’s the price we pay for great love x love yourself and let your heart grieve in whatever manner you decide. Everyone does this bit differently but don’t feeling bad about letting tears flow in public, cancelling trips out with friends etc if you just need time to adjust to your new reality x my dad died four and a half years ago and although there are days I shed no tears, I’m sure we’ll meet up energetically before heading off on the next part of the journey through Time and Space! Hi hope you are feeling better now. I do recommend you and/or anyone who is grieving to read ‘signs’ by Laura Lynne Jackson. That’s the book that really helps me during my grief over my boyfriend and grandma death (happened within 3 months) this year. Just sharing as I know how hard it is to cope and i really hope to help anyone grieving to feel better in any way. Do keep an open mind on the content of the book, as you know that science does not define everything in world.
