I have done my Pg diploma in IT business analysis and also later got Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst (PL-300) certified. But for someone who wants to switch to data analyst/ business analyst role, they should have knowledge on any one BI tool , getting certified is good, build few visuals or real time project on any BI tool. These can definitely help.
