Very cool! Brazilian Jeeps CJ5 used the Willys F-Head 6 cylinder engine (161' with 90 Hp) since middle 1958 and in USA Willys continued using the Willys F-Head 4 cylinder engine (134' with 75 Hp).

I once had a 1962 CJ-5 nearly identical to this. Down to the same color. No mods and no PTO. But in somewhat worse shape as a fire company had gotten a hold of it, lol. Think Swiss cheese. Never seen so many holes drilled in a body for equipment! Sadly, I sold the top long ago to fund part of the conversion into a rock crawler. Seeing this brings back a ton of memories and makes me wish I had restored to original, as it was certainly possible before we got hooked on wheeling (ironically enough, the first time I went four wheeling was near Harrisonburg! GW National Forrest. Thanks for the memories. Someone will become a very lucky and proud owner of this CJ!

So tell us, are you selling it? Seems pretty simple and self maintenance... we like simple and might be something we are looking for... my names Mike, if want to answer me, that would be awesome...

Just bought a 63 that looks almost identical to this, minus the condition of course and The P.O. installed a 225 oddfire

I didn't think they carried the M38a1 cowl into '62. I thought they stopped around '59-'60.
