I made this a couple times over quarantine for me and my parents and they loved it! I added onion to the ground beef though and it turned out great! It makes for good leftovers too and reheats like nothing before 😊😊

Cant wait to try this another little time saver for the crockpot is the liners once your done just toss the liner no clean up. Or if your looking to upgrade get an insta pot brown the meat in the pot your going to cook in then set it for slow cooker

Thank you for a wonderful recipe. I've made it a couple of times. I wanted it more spicy, so I added Bush's fiesta beans and I used Birdseye fiesta corn. I also used 73% ground beef with the grease with a couple different taco seasonings. I used beef broth as well. I put in a 4 cheese Mexican cheese. Then Rico's nacho cheese. Believe me this is way better. Honestly I'm still around that $20 mark for a complete crockpot. Having your base recipe made it possible for me to make what I like and everyone else that has both love it ! 😊
You are the only chef to come up with this great idea. I did add 1/4 lb chorizo to recipe, then only2 tbsps seasonings. came out great thanks, love your work

I just made this. While it’s easy and pretty, it just tastes like taco hamburger helper (but fresher and healthier). A dollop of sour cream in the center adds to the taste.

I just made this. Instead of using crushed tomatoes, I used a can of Rotel. It turned out perfect! Thanks for the recipe.
I use Rotel AND Beef Broth. Extra Sweet Corn (frozen), and spaghetti broken into 3's. OMG it's so good! One pot recipe!
