We are spoiling Marley. My grandson and Marley are so cute together. Marley played with his blanket and other toys. He is eating and drinking. He has used the potty pad several times with a few accidents which I think is expected being in a new place. He follows us every where. If we r sitting on the sofa he will put his front feet on the sofa and will start whining to be picked up. My grandson said Marley loves him. He was pretending to be a vet and he told me Marley was the best patient he has ever had. Thank u so much.
Aw, you just made my day! THANK YOU I am so happy that you are enjoying Marley! He is adorable and I know he is going to bring your family so much joy!
I miss the puppies SO MUCH! Harley looks so big and he's doing so well in his training. I'm so happy to see how well everyone is doing 💕I'll be home soon!
Glad to see you making sure all pups are microchipped. Many dog owners don’t realize how absolutely critical this procedure is to protect a dog during its lifetime. So fun to see you hold four puppies at once. 😊Tiny little sweethearts. ❤️❤️❤️❤️ Harley is doing AMAZING!!! I am impressed.👍 Thanks for the fabulous video, Shawn. You sure do awesome remembering so many names (17) and where each one is headed. 👍👍👍 ❤️🐾❤️🐾❤️🐾❤️🐾❤️🐾❤️🐾❤️
Hi Carole! Thank you. Yes Harley is so excited for his "gotcha day!" on Friday! Remembering the puppies names, owners first names, and where they are going is a fun memory game for me! XOXOX
Thank you Julie! YES! Not a squeak out of the puppies at the vet - they were so brave! Thank you! I assure you Anne will help to clean up my hair cut on Libby but for now anyone can easily identify which one she is just by looking!
@@svccschnauzers Shawn you are so brave and inspiring by using the clipper and doing the schnauzer cut. Libby looks great and she is easy to spot. I don’t think I would be that adventurous, but I am planning to do the sanitary and nails as long as I am capable. I want Jasper to have the teddy bear cut. Hopefully he has enough fluff in his hair to do so… Thanks again!
Another great update Shawn! Also great job for Devin and Brianna for microchipping. I would be nervous to do that. I laughed when I heard the barking dog at the vet. Once again you made my day with a new video. Yesterday I was able to view a few more on trimming so I get the updated tools. Hope to catch up with you soon!
Thank you for the chuckle! I often eat with them! I sometimes enjoy a bowl of the beef and sweet potato with taco seasoning sprinkled into my bowl too - of course the puppies never get any seasoning XOXO
What a busy day ❣️. I find myself trying to decide my favorite color schnauzer every video I watch and they are all so beautiful I can't decide 😂. My mini schnauzer was salt and pepper and I never knew they came in other colors. They are all so incredibly cute 🥰. Thanks for another great video 🙏
Thank you! Yes! Originally when German breeders were creating the schnauzer breed, they used many different types of dogs and colors. Unfortunately some where along the line some of the breeders decided that the best colors for ridding their property of vermin were the salt and pepper and black colors so they began to kill the puppies that did not match that color - this is what the AKC standard is based on! I am glad that the original colors are coming back too. THANK YOU!
@@svccschnauzers Oh no ☹️. I guess that makes sense but oh my goodness it hurts my heart. I thought that perhaps they didn't breed the other colors vs eliminating the puppies. I am really warming up to the color variations ❤️
Every dog I pick out at 6 weeks old I flip them on their back and if they right themselves back up right they are dominant and if they stay on their back even fall asleep in my arms this is a sign of very well natured dog on their own no belly rub no training
I would like to know your views on heartworm meds. I think you previously stated you don't use flea and tic treatment but I havent heard you mention heart worm meds. Also, have you seen the new air dried dog food called "Sundays". It is supposed to be 90% meat and 10% fruit and veggies. I was wondering about the idea of using it with me afding more fruit and veggies. (With supplements added as you specify in your videos) I thought this would be easier to take when traveling. Thank you for all you do to help us through the healthy, happy puppy process.
Thank you for such great questions Joyce! I don't give my dogs heartworm meds and I've never had a dog that had heartworm problems. You will find a product in my store that repeals fleas, ticks and mosquitoes with natural ingredients. Some of my team members use it regularly with their dogs that are outside frequently and they have rave reviews of it. You will find my shop here: www.svcctoys.com/schnauzer-favorite-products. I will look into the food called "Sundays" and let you know what I think of it in a upcoming video. When traveling I would bring along a can of the Orijen and some of the Orijen kibble that you can also see on the shop page mentioned above. THANK YOU!
Hi Andy, at a very young age we do ENS (early neurological stimulation) on all our puppies and we also begin training them very slowly as early as 6 weeks old. All our puppies are happy to have belly rubs. I think what you are talking about is something that can be trained into puppies. I am not familiar with using that as a personality test. Thank you for your comment.
Hi Andy, did the breeder you got Roscoe from predict his weight correctly when you got him? How old was Roscoe when you got him and do you recall what he weighed then?

I think your pups eat better than I do. 😅

Thank you for sharing your experience.
Hi Shawn, not puppy related but what’s your favorite Harley & Sons tea out of all the flavors you have?
Harney & Son's Earl Grey! The decaf chocolate or vanilla is my go-to when I don't want caffeine. Thank you for enjoying my videos!

Have you tried the test as I call it. Where you lay the pup on their back and if they stay like this it's a good natured dog test

Roscoe will be 5 Dec 1st he weighs in at 17Lb and very health but very mild pankeritous almost cured

That needle is HUGE
It is the smallest on the market for microchipping that we have been able to find.
@@svccschnauzers I get it. I just hate needles. Blood draws for me is a #23 butterfly needle which is for premier. 😅
Plus I forgot that the TV magnifies every thing.
