He looks like a French Bulldog. They are super smart. They are also inbred by bad breeders and develop congenital issues like legs that collapse, etc. Why was he "thrown away"? With his bowel problem, he seems like he was from a bad breeders. Thank you for taking care of him.

X-rays to diagnose his legs condition and maybe therapy can help correct it. He’s so cute and you’ve done a great job with him. Blessings.
It's a Vitamin D deficiency.That is why veterinarian told her put him in sun multiple times a day. His legs will then correct themselves being in the sun.

Thank you for rescuing him. Something is wrong with his legs they look like a swimmer’s legs which can be corrected with proper treatments. He should get a good bath the first day you rescued him. I owned a Yorkie and he’s really a small dog. He gets a bath once a week unless he played in a mud or get dirty then we give him another bath. The vet should figured out what’s wrong with his leg though and you didn’t say what’s the result when you took him to the ER. He looks so happy. That’s a lot of cake for a small dog, he might have a stomach trouble later, too much sweets.
