At this point, the conversation is done. Nas is running laps around everyone and this run at his age is unbelievable 🐐👑
He’s definitely entered the“uncharted waters” of Hip-Hop. He’s the first MC of his age to spit at the level and precision that he’s at imo.
Perfectly said
Hell yeah nobody close to nas.
Not just his age, the rap game in general.
@@derekmatthews2213 most definitely nobody like nas and has never been.
Nas just gave us 4 classic albums in a space of two years
🤟🏿 🤟🏿
4 classics? No but he has one classic out of these 4
@@lorenzolion6109 clean your ears properly and go listen again
@@bhacanation7052 you don’t know what classic means
Nas is my personal GOAT and if we being honest he got 3 classics. Illmatic, it was written, and stillmatic.
He is just a legend
"No beef or rivals, they playin 'Ether' on TIDAL / Brothers can do anything when they decide to / In a range rover dissecting bars from 'Takeover' / Sometimes I text Hova, like ni**a this ain't over"🤣🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Nobody wins the family feuds
That was a hot line Son!!
..,laghing
Yeah that was a double entendre to me. Like Lost In Vegas said, this shit ain’t over, like, Nas and Jay have still got more shit to say despite being almost 50. But also Nas texts Jay joking that their beef ain’t over. Incredible bars.
That line had me pressing replay so fast on my first button. It's like that slaughterhouse bar in Cut You Loose where they said nowadays the rewind button got mad dust on it.
Nas always brings that back for sure with every project. Most of these newer mainstream rappers just don't have that replay value the way classic style raw bars could.
This doesn't sound like anything else in hip hop. Doesn't sound like they're copying anyone. It sounds vintage/classic and fresh/modern. This album is going to age amazingly well. Nas is genuinely the best emcee I've ever heard and I've heard a lot of them.

I think that Drakes techno album wasn't very good, kinda corny
@@failtolawl That’s shit fire fym it’s corny
BIG FACTS
I can literally put all NAS albums
.won't skip a single track. GOATED
Straight Facts Queen...
A 17 song album with no features on it is absolutely ridiculous! Disgusting Esco deserves so much more than a Grammy or album of the year recognition. He needs his place in the Hall of Fame and any high writer's award available
Reminds me of what Nas himself said, "my first album had no famous guest appearances, the outcome? I'm crowned the best lyricist!"
The Hitchcock of Hip Hop - Nas out here rapping pure cinema. I listen to this record with my eyes closed and can see the movie unfold in my mind. Amazing.
100%
Wonderful analogy. Couldn't have said it better.
@@kevinkaragu1758 lol I can’t take full credit. The Hitchcock of Hip Hop line is from Nas. He said it about himself on the Street’s Disciple album. It’s on the second track “A Message to the Feds, Sincerely, We the People”.
Damn I called him the same name in the comments last week
I never peep it back then
There's no debating anymore. Nas is the 🐐🐐🐐 4 amazing albums in 2.5 years!! 🔥🔥🔥🔥

"Michael and Quincy" react to that one. Best produced in the whole album and Nas just slides through it🔥🔥🔥

Agreed
Facts!! This is my go to song before going to work. And I’m on a self healing journey; I LOVE it when he says “Annie are you ok watching me transforming?” The way I’m evolving and have some good rap to sip and navigate life is great! Like he says he is a author on audio. He tells story
Nas's career is so damn inspirational. There's just no stopping him. How does he STILL sound this hungry ?! GOAT shi
Eminem is the GOAT, to say otherwise is pure copium, you don’t have to like it but you do have to accept it.
Whats sad the major media downplays him and this entire Hitboy run simply because of Agendas and to keep certain guys ( U know who) on top. When u know who drops a verse they talk about it like its a damn clasic album. Smh. We all see the play and whats going on. "Sooner or later we all know who the profit is" -Nas

Nas for rap album of the year👑😭😭ain’t nobody this old going this hard🔥🔥❤️
This song alone is better than 90% of the hip hop music out now. Nas is doing this in his late 40s. Crazy.
The whole album is pure class.
He really hasn’t lost a step at all… this is one of the hardest tracks out period man really cleaned my ears after that Drake nonsense
Hitboy gave nas a second breath in hip hop
My exact thought ‘This is SO Nas’ 😂 all the true listeners know ✊
I'm from fresno California....this shit gave me chills...it's a new York sound but it's forsure a Nas beat. 🔥 📛 👨🚒 🚒
Listening to the album saying, “THIS CANNOT BE THE ALBUM!” Wow!!!! This is a CLASSIC… playing this straight through!!!
Nas just brings an elegance and grace to a track nobody else can like he just be floating over beats shout out to hit boy for keeping his foot on the gas ⛽️
Like da way u described dat, “grace and elegance” perfectly stated.
The production on this is amazing. Nas slayed it.
Nas is 49 yo. Fourty-Nine. He's incredible.
The whole song has that classic New York sound and feel written all over it. Love it
The fact that they dropped that old school sound effect for the train is crazy...I was anticipating it the first time I heard the song and they didn't disappoint. Redhead Kingpin would be proud.
Whole album is flames. This is prime Nas and Hitboy.
NAS has been on 🔥 these last few years. Really crazy.
What an immense beat. Instant classic.
You have to make time and listen to this album it’s a instant classic. No features 🎤🎤🎤🎤🎤
Nas will always be the 🐐 in my book. Untouchable.
Never needed no features. He always stood out. All he needs is the right producer to vibe with and it seems Hitboy and Nas has beautiful chemistry together.

You guys gotta do Once a man, twice a child. Very beautiful song.
He had a song back on Stillmatic called 2nd childhood. I feel like these song is a remake of that.
I took the JayZ line more like... competition. Like...him telling JayZ our rap competition is still not over...
Man if Prodigy was alive he is the perfect fit for this beat
Nas actually flexes Prodigy’s flow and cadence on this track. You can hear it clearly as he delivers the second verse and makes the Jay reference.
As a rock and metal guy originally, Illmatic got me into hip hop
And he's still bringing out quality almost 30 years later

Fav song in the album..that instrumental is mind-blowing..Nas slid on it
Nas been on rotation since 92, simply the GOAT 🐐
I love when people not from New York listen to a NYC rapper paint pictures of the city. Thank you for this Mr Jones. ✊🏾🙏🏾
One of the fewest rappers who still sound the same for so many years. One of the best from the golden era.
Let's go!!! You guys gotta go on a spree. He deserves it. Any song is a good pick. Love y'all been watching since the Afterlife video all those years ago.
Agreed he deserves his flowers
The mark of a good storyteller is that they can transport you into their world, whether it is New York or Ancient Greece. The details in this are excellent, it is a well written song.
Thun is my favorite
His storytelling skills are top tier, the only ones that even comes close to him is Rakim and Slick Rick, and those just happened to be his two biggest inspirations, so it makes sense why his storytelling skills have become so sharp. Nas is at the table with the godfathers, I don't wanna hear otherwise within these GOAT convos
Amazing song. Insane Nas is still at the top of his game at this age!
Big up to the ones who suggests great songs here 🔥♥️
4 albums in two years 😳😳😳. Nas is the pillar of Hip hop.
I need to listen to this track again. Nas is totally Great
Seeing him with Wu back in September was amazing. Nas killed it and looked like he was having the time of his life up on stage. Loves what he does and is still the goat.
Saw them at the Hollywood Bowl in LA last month, the show was crazy
Chicago show was💥💥💥🔥🔥
This run from Kings disease til now has been crazy from nas
This album was AMAZING. The production was perfect for Nas, the rhymes, flows and storytelling was top notch. One of the best Nas albums to date, it's hard to call it a classic just yet (been out 3 days) but I have a feeling that this will stand the test of time.
This song is an instant classic off KD3 and the thing is there is plenty more where that came from..the whole album is crazy shout out to Hit boy as well🎶💪🏿🙏🏿
I played KD2 from top to bottom. It was truly a press play album no skips. Can’t wait to listen to KD3 from top to bottom

The Whole Album is Dope 🔥🔥🔥
This song sounds so good got swallowed in the melody 🎶 😢 that I can't hear the words but the nice Nas 's flow.
The Big Daddy Kane sample goes so hard on this!
Got hooked up to Nas by the track "the message" then been blown over and over by this cat, some lows before this run, he's the Messi and Mandela of rap, period
I like the fact that he calling jay out like make a album already
Nah he's too busy turning Brooklyn white

NAS has contributed to hip-hop in so many ways that he needs his flowers now! How he keeps his composure, cadence, confidence and influence in all spaces of the music game is crazy. His last three albums are better than most music out from younger folks in the game in years.
I heard this on Shade 45 the other day and it has such a classic Nas sound that I started thinking it was an old track that I just forgot about. 🤣 this shit is so 🔥

These reaction videos are great for the community man, I swear. I mean some folks watching these have friends but they may not like the same music, but there’s also folks out there that don’t have so many friends to even see if they like the music so these kind of videos are bridges to give a person the feeling that they’re not watching it alone and they’re sharing the experience with some like minded people.
