As a retail investor, I viewed this video to understand how to figure out the hidden things, but the creator cleverly delegated that job back to the retail investor. Ultimately we general public investors are fooled again by these so called influencers!

People don't even do basic fundamental analysis before investing in IPOs. Just do basic stuff like qualitative analysis (things like studying the business model, analyse competitive advantage if any, check management resumes and history and such) and quantitative analysis (do Ratio analysis on financial data, prepare comparative balance sheet of last 3-5 years, study income statements and cash flows from operating, investing and financing activities).

Only Adani is honest. He refunded every rupee when his IPO was expected to go in losses. All others did not compensate the buyers by even one rupee.
Great video and deeply informative. But again wrongly explained at 4:05 as divine media founders will not dilute their stake. Company will issue fresh shares and due to issue of fresh shares founders stake automatically diluted. This is how it starts. This is the process used for first time. After that founders can dilute. If company issue fresh shares then money comes into company account and founders dilute shares then money comes in founders account not in company account.
