1. They send letter to shipping address
Or
2. They will release the product on there own and ask you to pay customs at the time of delivery.

Bangoods wants original receipt I gave the receipt given by EMS which just like a printout.. bangoods did not a accept that.. at last I lost that amount due to this EMS improper service

If postmen lies that u are not available then u can go to near by post office and collect. If product doesn't release in 1 week then you call them or go and collect it directly if product is in Varanasi customs office.

My item was stuck at customs, the post man came with the item and took customs fees from me and gave me the receipt. Later the AliExpress seller refunded me that cousins fees. It worked well. Only thing is that the item reached me 3 months later.
Great it worked for you sometimes this process they follow but some times these post man won't give receipts..
