In May 2019, I bought a product by paying $ 178 from banggood. Item worth less than 178USD on when it comes to Turkey (66USD) were confiscated by customs . So the customs fined me. They don't deliver. Banggood says there may be such mistakes. I need understanding. He won't refund my money. He's not standing behind his mistake. Don't buy and shop like me.
As a result of my struggle on social media, I got my money back 7 months later.:)

Tax included is not written while purchasing the product on banggood as you said in the video, is it written on every product or few selected product, kindly Confirm plz.
also it is written in tariff insurance that only 60% of the amount will be returned of the product if product is hold in custom permanently, kindly confirm plz.

Don't ever contact customs unless they send the letter. Have patience and don't worry.

But i received a wrong parcel then contacted fps logistics they reverse picked my parcel and then they stated my parcel was misplaced and the delhivery guys are paying a refund of only 5500

Also even if you are levied duty, then you will get it refunded from banggood.

I have just purchased a product from Banggood, which costs 8000 rupees.
And the product is a car spoiler wing made of plastic.
For which I have selected EMS shipping method for which extra shipping charge has to be paid which is 800 rupees.
I live in a small town in Bihar where there is no other shipping method. Banggood says I will delivered within 7 to 15 working days. What do I do if I get a custom charge?
Since 7th of December my product is in Singapore.

Don't worry, even if you get customs duty. Then pay it and share the receipt of payment t with banggood. They will refund it.
