He knew what he was doing, and he totally wanted y'all to post it. He was asking his FB followers about an hour ago to help him get more views to hit 100,000 views on his UA-cam page. Negative attention is still attention.

Im pretty sure I heard the owner say something like "This is how you make your money". That's not the point.
The point is you don't park somewhere that is clearly reserved for people who have a legitimate reason to be there.
If the shoe were on the other foot, and someone was blocking access to your property you wouldn't hesitate to call someone like Jeff to take care of it.

Even before I found your channel I was paying to park in gatlinburg I was too afraid I would get towed.
I noticed he didn’t pay even though he claimed to be the one that “messed up”. But I wouldn’t expect him to pay since he hasn’t paid Frog his $200 back. Just my opinion, Gat. Huss. is a scammer.
Not to mention the 1000s Lori & Lois has told us he has owed them for some 1-2 years!!!
