Great question, Linda. Yes, you can certainly use parchment paper. Make sure to cut it to the size of the bake tray. Do not let the parchment touch the interior side walls or heating elements.

You can but if you have long sourdough like what I normally use you would have to turn them upright / vertical. If the toast sticks out you prob have to flip it. I didn’t realize this until the next day I bought it. Still getting use to the toaster oven.

Can you toast 2 slices of bread at the same time, in the regular toaster mode, or just one at a time?

Great news, Cindy, you can select a temperature between 250°F and 400°F and select 1 minute and 45 minutes cooking time with the Bake setting.
