Note: O.J. Simpson was deposed for the originally scheduled five days between Jan 22-Jan 26, 1996. One month later he was recalled & deposed for 4 more days (Feb 22-23 & Feb 26-27, 1996). In total, O.J. Simpson's deposition took 9 days.
Present in the room are -
Defendant: O.J. Simpson
Representatives: Bob Baker, Daniel Leonard & Robert Blasier
Plaintiff: Fred Goldman
Representatives: Daniel Petrocell, Arthur Groman, Edward Medvene & Peter Gelblum
Michael Brewer (for Plaintiff Sharon Rufo)
John Kelly (for Plaintiff Louis Brown & the Estate of Nicole Brown)
Videographer: Rod Rigole
Examination by Daniel Petrocelli

Those Jurors spent nearly a year deeply pondering and meditating on this case ..that's why I believe that they are best qualified to speak and sit in judgement....the jurors watched every witness ( more than 150) which qualifies them to make the tough decision. Did you notice at the completion of this rigorous trial, Judge Ito respectfully commended the entire Jury for their time spent on this tedious trial....it took dedication and a sacrifice indeed...there were some parts that the Jury had a difficult time with, & did not understant some of the technical / legal part of the trial....nonetheless they did their best...Some people criticized the Jury but the botton line is that by law, the decision has to be made by the Jury!! Some people believe that Nicole and Ron were tighted up in illicit drugs.

It's funny how his tone is at a low pitch that he can't be heard. Normally, any other time he's is very loud, boisterous, and never shuts up.
It’s his “im serious, depressed arrogant”
He acts like this is such an inconvenience to him.. he's a maniacal monster..how he can live with himself knowing what what he did is beyond me...
Your gonna think I'm Crazy but, I DON'T get this civil trial!!! I mean, he was found not guilty.... So why is he liable for them civilly? I do think he killed his wife and Mr Goldman.... But the fact is, he went to court for that, was tried, and won....so I don't understand how he owes anyone anything
heres how: OJ has convinced himself Nicole was sleeping around and just being all the bad things that have been put out there (whether she was or not is not relevant) therefore what happened that night was his final straw, almost like a "damn her for making me do this." I'll bet anytime he thinks of that night his subconscious always kicks in and reminds him that she brought that on herself, hence he is able to "live with it." I will also bet no matter the evidence to the contrary, he has convinced himself Ron was sleeping with his "woman" and therefore got what he deserved as well.....
OJ has always shown humility and contrition...he stated earlier that he was planning to speak up at Battered Women's shelters eventually...that right there that he now is showing remorse..better late than never.

There may have been others deposed (like Allan Park, the limo driver) but I know the above were definietly deposed because I've seen some of their depositions. I even uploaded a few clips from the AC Cowlings & Marcus Allen depositions but...
(1) UA-cam took them down straight away, (2) I received a strongly worded legal letter warning me about legal action if I continue to upload video from their deposition(s). The letter named ALL of the above except O.J. (that's how I know that they were 100% deposed lol)
(3) the person who gave me the videos (he works in media) received a letter as well warning him & his workplace not to "share" deposition footage that they do not own.

Nicole's mother originally said that she was on the phone with her daughter at 11pm. OJ is with the limo driver at that time. Then she changed it to 9:30pm.
VanAtter took a vile with 8ccs of OJ's blood from the police station on June 13th. When he turn it in to Park Center there was only 6.5ccs in the vile.
VanAtter also took the blood vials of the victims from the coroners office on June 15th. The examiner, Gary Segler, testified about it in the Civil Trial.
The FBI agent (Martz) testified that the blood, when examined, was consistent with EDTA. So that means it was planted because the vials have EDTA in them to prevent the blood from coagulating.
The so called police started collecting evidence on the 13th but didn't book ANYTHING until the 16th.
Nicole had blood under her nails that didn't match hers, OJ's or Ron's.
The glasses that Ron took to Nicole were found at the scene and they had bloody finger prints on them. Somehow the police lost them during the trial.
When the LAPD gathers evidence, they put them in light blue plastic bags. And they are unlike the ziplock bags in stores. Well, one was found on OJ's next door neighbors yard. On the other side of the fence, just a couple feet from the glove Furhman supposedly found.
Officer Kelly Muldorfer was in the Bronco a month after the murders and testified that she didn't see any blood in the Bronco.
OJ went to Nicole's place one night unexpectedly and when he looked through the living room window, he saw Nicole performing oral sex on her then boyfriend (the owner of the Mezzaluna Restaurant). He didn't go crazy. He simply left. He went back the next day, shook the mans hand and told them both to be careful because the kids could have caught them.
There is only one recorded dispute that the police have. ONE. After that incident, OJ restructured their prenup to give Nicole 50 % if he ever hit her again.
With respect to the Bruno Magli, the game that the photographer claimed to have taken the picture was on September 26th, 1993 at Rich Stadium. It's on youtube. Bills vs Miami. Rainy, gloomy day. But on the picture it was sunny as hell.

I've read several excellent books on this matter. The two that stand out are "Outrage", by Vincent Bugliosi, and "Evidence Dismissed", by Tom Lange. I HIGHLY recommend reading both of them, as the sheer amount of evidence Gil Garcetti's office decided to not even bring to court due to their overconfidence in what they had, especially the DNA evidence, was beyond amazing. They LITERALLY and purposely left out so much evidence that on its OWN would have convicted this guy. Him walking on the criminal trial was 100% on the DA's office. Simply incredible how they decided to omit some overwhelming evidence just by being overconfident and also being too wary of putting the LAPD too much into the limelight in front of a jury with the Rodney King beating happening only months before. It was a huge tactful blunder.
He got away w it bc the jury was mostly black and racist
Bugliosis book is pathetic. He leaves out all witnessed and defense evidence, and uses grier, as well as unfounded accusations of confessions. That's basically it. He just dismisses the timeline and says DNA evidence is complex. I have no idea why that clown is taken seriously, the whole book was just grandstanding.
Also Rodney King was years before.
@@jasonquill632 No, the "defense evidence" was nothing but unfounded accusations. And what witnesses did he omit? He brought up Allen Park and plenty of other vital witnesses. Murder is wrong ok...but assuming he lost it, wouldn't that be something you never want to talk about.
Hi Robert. For what it's worth, here's my take on what happened -
Let me start by saying, OJ undeniably, unequivocally & without a shadow of a doubt killed Ron & Nicole.
However, as confident as I am that OJ is a double murderer, I am just as confident that it was not premeditated.
I also believe that OJ is such a narcissist he has convinced himself that he did not murder Ron & Nicole. The capabilities of the mind & what it can make us believe are truly incredible. I believe OJ has suppressed any memory of the incident, creating this disconnect between reality & the murders in his mind.

The same questions asked in different ways is annoying
@TheLastDragon5
That’s what a good interrogator does, the strategy is to jump around from subject to subject and interject the same questions, although worded differently to catch someone in a lie.
@@saltychips5795 I disagree. Asking the same question in different ways is an elementary tactic. You notice in this deposition...it did not work. OJ was not caught in a lie. A superior method would be to structure your initial question appropriatley in the first place and if the person lies...you already have a different follow up question to expose such lie.

@@mufasasdaughter4831 is it not more likely that he is guilty, and that racist cops also just happen to exist? You act like they can not both be true.
@@mufasasdaughter4831 he was found guilty in the civil trial because the criminal trial was a travesty of the truth.
To hear the racist jurors talk in interviews of how they didn't care about nicole, she deserved this for "marrying a brother" whatever the f.... that means, and that it was payback: SI-CKE-NING !
You are not so intelligent sir...he had several skills, and you are very jealous of this incredible black man...he was Hertz speaker, actor, actor, businessman, NFL hall of fame celebratey...what can you do, or have accomplished sir?

I 2nd that emotion......
I’m not black! I’m OJ!
I instruct u dont answer that question smart lawyer👀
Did you tell the truth ?
I think I did ..
29:45 rips a fart
Don't explain, just answer his questions. I love lawyers.
Guilty this guy should be doing life but he had money
Shut it white boy
So stupid that he would not even call Kato a friend yet he offered him to live with him for FREE!
.? Just cause he did not want him staying with Nicole.
Why would he want a random grown man sleeping in the same house as his kids??
@@johnleanord4548 he could care less about his kids. He was afraid Nicole and Kato would sleep together.

Today I read about this Goldman lawyer and efforts to collect the $35M judgment from the now deceased Simpson estate. The lawyer was a business litigator until he represented Goldmans here, which was his first wrongful death case.
I’ve been part of depositions before, and OJs attorney is really on point. It’s supposed to be more lax than testifying but some times I feel like attorneys just fish around. OJs attorney abuts that down right away.
Ugh, why is he so likable in this? I definitely know he’s guilty but it’s very hard to see him as a murderer while watching him speak.
Just curious why you so strongly believe his guilt?
@@unknownkingdom I watched the trial. All of it. Ron’s blood and Nicole’s blood were found in his car. He’s guilty. DNA is everything.
Trained actor & sociopath!!
@@unknownkingdom You are joking right?
@@gsesquire3441 exactly and I believe he was high on coke when he did it!!!
Putting personal feelings aside....... was OJ Simpson a good football player?
Yes
Arguably the best of all time..since the begining of it's existence.
Yes, the best.
an incredible football player, he is one of the greatest running backs of all time!!
OJ is INNOCENT !
Consider......
Jason Simpson *
Not sure if he’s nervous (doubt) or just being an arrogant prick (more likely, knows what he’s doing - like teenage girl ) 😊at the start of the deposition
Has no idea what happened to the notes . Ok.
Love how this guy keeps asking OJ the same question when OJ tries to put his usual spin or evade
He looks like a completely cooperative man with absolutely nothing to hide.
History??

LOL
I would say that these groups of individuals find him not guilty. NFL geeks black or white. Black people and idiots.
😁😁😁
Why do these attorneys even attempt to ask questions they know aren’t going to cut it with opposing attorneys
"Why ask?"
Because as my coworker Mr. Wong used say in his pidgin English;
"Pay by da ow-wah"
He's making between $600-$1000 an hour to ask those questions.
The attempt is the whole cat and mouse game phrasing the sentences in ways to incriminate someone. In this case it wasn't phrased correctly
O.j. Took notes during the trial; but don’t know where or what happened to them..lol..smh
Did anyone watch the video by Norm (sorry last name escapes me). Pretty interesting stuff that he makes some great points on.
Norm from cheers perhaps??
