Hey Lizzy, Im sure you've got this covered but I would say *not* to apply spray mount to anything as special as these documents. It will absolutely degrade them over time and could cause a lot of issues. Your framer should be able to fix each item with archival grade materials that will preserve them safely, and they can also use plexi options instead of glass which is often both lighter and cheaper. Just thought id give my two cents before you start spraying away!! x
I have always loved the look of the Maison Margiela tabi shoes but I’m more into the ballet flats for myself. I admire people who can pull off the boots!

I have two pairs of tabis and I love them. You'll get over the "weird" feeling. Art is supposed to make you feel something and that feeling might be uneasiness or weirdness. As soon as I accepted that they were art rather than strictly fashion I fell in love even more.

It would be interesting to hear your views of the contrasts between London and NY and isn't England green when you return? It shocks me how much lovely greenery there is here. You have such a lovely face and very slim and tall and I am surprised you have not been a model in the past. I think you would suit a midi floral skirt and blouse with lovely brown belt and natural grass bag - you have an ethereal quality to you which would suit whimsical clothes and know you live and breathe in jeans but not seen you in floral for so long. Boxy white or cream canvas style short jacket? What do you think?
Ok - as a NEW YORKER for 20+ years - I'm not sure if anyone has mentioned this, but you don't actually HAVE to cover that much of your floor. Nobody ever does. Just be conscious not to walk around in loud shoes (most people don't wear shoes inside anyways bc the streets are SO DIRTY) But don't feel like you have to cover that much of the floor

Also Love the chair, picks up the cream of couch & fringe. Three more of the same would be soooo lovely with a rugged round or long wooden table, such a nice mix of modern with antique.

I love the tabis. I think they are just a bit edgy and masculine. So go with those stylings in my opinion 😇 so minimal androgynous (which you do so well) should incorporate into your wardrobe perfectly ❤

I don't like the Tabi's at all. They haven't grown on me one bit, not even due to Brittany Bathgate wearing them, and that's saying a lot since I own most of her wardrobe😜😂. I vote no 😘.If you're not utterly convinced you love them, you probably shouldn't keep them either.
