I’ve seen people recommend the McGrawHill All in one exam book however the book is only updated for the 2023 test. Not sure if they’ll update for 2024 or if it matters? I’m debating if the learning system is worth it or if I can utilize a few exam books. I have no work experience in HR but my degrees are in accounting and business admin so have some business knowledge. But given that I have no HR specific experience, I’m wondering if the learning system is the best way to go or if I can get by with other self study options? Thank you!! From what you’ve said based on your notes from 22-23 it seems like the mcgrawhill book for 23 might be ok? Or if the mcgrawhill is even worth it.
Honestly, unless you're amazing at standardized test, I highly suggest getting experience first. In addition, you qualify to take less cert exams with no experience.

They are! That's one of my main reasons for creating the notes. Here's the link to them: heyyyhr.com/product/2023-hr-certification-notes-for-hrci-shrm-exams/
My employer brought my study material as part of my professional development funding
Congrats!!! That’s what’s up! (assuming you meant they paid for it🤔)
