Could you please expand on why you save them as 2 separate .STL files? Can wait to try this myself after work, your vid is a godsend.

Can you tell me please what I am doing wrong?
I got files from thingerverse of a wing part and put it to cura and scaled it as it was a bit too big and put preview and it was not printing the outside skin only the inside when I reset scale it was printing everything.
Neat time lapse however some explanation of what you are doing would sure help those trying to learn something!!

I am getting stuck at SurfaceCut1 following your example. It's giving me an error geometry error.

If you check out my other series on the brabazon it will give you some insight, but I have not completed that due to solidworks issues.
How on Earth am I going to do this with Fusion 360, it looks way too complicated.
I can't comment directly on Fusion, but I know Inventor has the same kind of tools and so I'd imagine Fusion does as well. They'd just be called something else
