They want our attention, but most importantly, they want to take our attention off God. 😔

My dad died when I was 12.5 years old. I have two cousins who said they saw "my dad" not long after that. Now they weren't living for God at the time, at least not officially so it's obvious they did not really see him but something in his form. That really angered me that they would have taken my dad's form to decieve my cousins. Mom and I never saw this entity posing as dad and it's not hard to believe why. We were off-limits. People NEED to realize that the dead that they communicate with are not human. I also watch a couple youtubers that like to do ghost hunts and stuff like that and they like to use apps and devices to try to communicate with whatever is wherever they are at and I just shake my head and know they are going to bite off more than they can chew some day. They don't know what they are messing with and when they have an ouija board out, I'm skipping that scene or entire video.

I have always been curious about ghost hunting but at the same time will not do it because of living in a haunted house as a kid.
There are occasions when family members will come and warn people of things that will happen. Many times in my family and extended family this has happened. My grandfather's mom appeared to him at war when he was in the army and told him that he would make it home safe. This happens as well. And in the scriptures it talks about how you can tell the difference between good and bad spirits. But we should never seek it out more likely that will be bad.

Why can’t you pray the prayer to St. Michael? Prayer does not equal worship. Prayer is simply asking, it’s not a form of worship.
Because St Michael is dead and cannot help you in your prayer. Jesus is our only mediator and no one else.

If we go to heaven as soon as we die, I sure feel bad for Lazarus. Supposedly Jesus pulled that poor guy out of paradise to suffer again on this godforsaken earth.
Why we can't pray to St. Micheal ?
Jesus said the only way to the Father is through him. Praying to anyone else is idolatry.
Humans don't call upon or pray to angels. God is our Father, if you are a believer in Jesus, and you can call upon the Father directly.

@GG-qg2iu the angels are servants of God to minister to us. Nowhere are we encouraged to call upon them. Of course, the archangel Michael is mentioned in scripture. But that doesn't change anything: we still aren't to call upon any angel. Pray to God and let him dispatch the support you need.

I feel I can control the spirits through prayer and ritual, so I’m not scared of them in my research.
The problem with this testimony is although the end of this life leads to heaven or hell, the comfort given to those who miss their dead loved ones IS NOT don't worry you will be withem one day, BUT RATHER if Y O U!!!!!! repent and recieve Jesus truly as YOUR LORD and Savior, you will be saved. The comfort is in knowing there is a legal payment made for sin that God Himself made and required for the payment for Sin. And it was Jesus death on a cross. By His blood we are healed and set from the chains of Satan and hell. But only if we respond to this truth and believe and recieve Jesus.
Your loved ones, unless the have done that are in hell, along with all who take the wide road of rebellion, delusions, and religion.

I don’t think the intention was to not share the gospel. I think she would have been clear about that if there was more time. I do think she’s a believer.

The Bible clearly teaches that death is like a sleep. When Jesus returns the dead in Christ will rise first, then we who remain will be caught up to meet them in the air to always be with the Lord. Man doe not have a natural immoral soul. God alone is immoral and is given only to the righteous at the judgment executed at the 2nd coming.
The soul will return to God upon death, but the physical body remains on Earth until Jesus returns which our physical bodies will be resurrected at that time. That’s both orthodox Christian and academic Biblical teaching of 2,000 years.
God is good, God is the Alpha and the Omega, Jesus is the first and the last and ghost are not real, demons are very real. Please wake up, read the bible and repent! God loves you and there is no other way to the father besides through the son, Jesus Christ!
Why would demons take on the form of loved ones to comfort the surviving members of a family, like a child?
Isn’t comfort a fruit of the spirit? What if they tested that spirit? A servant of the devil can confess Christ because they would be teaching “false doctrine”?

I have had spiritual experiences with loved ones and it healed me of my grief…. So I have no idea why everything is painted so negative. I took the experience and moved on I didn’t keep trying to speak to spirits tho… it did heal of that grief

The bible specifically states that we are not to use vain repetitions (repetitive prayers) like the world does. Prayer beads origin is with the Hindus, not Christianity. The Bible states we are not supposed to call any man father, for we only have one who is in heaven. Catholicism contradicts biblical Christianity. Please look into what I'm saying. It's there in the New Testament spoken by Paul.

@@Jessica-iq6kj The Rosary is not a repetitive prayer but a meditative prayer. The focus of the Rosary is not the prayers but the life of Christ.. There is no Catholic doctrine that states that a Catholic needs to say the Rosary. So if a Catholic does not feel its necessary to do so, they do not have to. They can use other forms of prayer such as Bible Reading and meditation on the verses and many other forms of prayer.

That sounds like SDA heresy. The soul will return to God immediately upon death, but the physical body remains on Earth until Jesus returns which our physical bodies will be resurrected at that time. That’s both orthodox Christian and academic Biblical teaching of 2,000 years. 1,000 years means “a long time” not to be taken literally. We’re in the “1,000 years” since Christ’s Church is on Earth while He presides over us in Heaven.

The 1.000 year reign began at the ascension of Jesus into Heaven. Since then he's seated at the right hand of the father and he saw Satan fall from heaven in the gospels. The 1.000-year period is likely to be a symbolic period.
