I went to the RCA training center fir techs in 1985 to learn about this version. It was a very complicated electric-mechanical product. Mostly I fixed many of the original players and prototypes. The 400 was a challenging device especially. RCA closed down manufacturing and I was so crushed that I resigned from RCA. A good part if my life and reputation was invested in its coming to market. I loved fixing and demonstrating them to at trade shows. I donated mine to a local college in Nj.
