    I don't think there is a better family machine on the market! Our 2017 is capable of doing just about anything you'd want to do with 4 people in the machine. Great ride on the trails, climbs like a goat and a smooth ride. 10/10. Would recommend!

    We have a 2014 teryx4 and it has never let us down. It goes and does everything we’ve asked of it. It’s been rock crawling to hauling downed deer.

    Hey Dirt Trax,
    I love your content, and I love Kawasaki Teryx 4 Le’s, I would love to suggest that you guys do a custom series on The 2019 Kawasaki Teryx 4 Le, I think it would be interesting to see what you guys could do with it,
    Cheers 👍🏻

    We love our 2016 T4 LE, had no problems at all, came from a 2014 Yamaha Viking 700 3 seater. The gauge display i would have to agate with ya. I dont understand why they cant make one with a bright display, that is super easy to see at day or night, it wold be nice to have one that was customizable, adjust the font, background colors, font colors, etc.

    I race my 2018 t4 and actually I have won the 800cc class with over 1 second diference from a rzr 800, also its not stock but with hi clearance arms , 30s and 2in lift I have left the big dogs 1000 class on the rear view mirror, I'll pit a link, you guys be the judge...

    How to y’all afford all of the machines that we see on the channel?

  • @pajamatime5750
    @pajamatime5750 5 років тому +12

    Love my 2018. Honestly came from a lifetime of Polaris machines but wanted a nice well equipped 4 seater that wasn’t a mile long.... The three year warranty helped to! After a few rides on the Teryx it proved itself as a very capable, well built machine.... Would 100% recommend it for its intended purpose!

    • @jaynen

      I really want to ride east coast stuff pretty aggressively but have a family. MY ideal machine for me would be one of the new YXZ1000R but I have kids, how much fun/how much am I giving up if I got a teryx4 or wolverine for fun?

    • @pajamatime5750
      @pajamatime5750 5 років тому +2

      Well I wouldn’t compare a Teryx to the ride you’ll get from a YXZ.... They’re two totally different machines with different intended purposes.... If you plan on taking a family but still want the ride/performance of a YXZ like vehicle, you’d have to look at a RzR 4 or something like that.... Then you can haul 4 people and still fly! A Teryx will still be a fun unit, be able to go wherever u want, but it’s not a speed demon and doesn’t have 20” + of suspension.... All depends on what you want.... If cruising trails and going through some muck with 4 people is your thing, a Teryx will do ya good and always come back for more! They’re very reliable.... If you wanna fly down trails and hit jumps then you’ll need something with more power & suspension.... All depends on what your intended use is!

    • @jaynen
      @jaynen 5 років тому +2

      @@pajamatime5750 I don't think a RZR4 can really fit on most the east coast trails and stuff due to the long wheelbase? The wolverine X4 and Teryx and Pioneer seem to be the best short wheel base 4 seaters but are less performance oriented

    • @pajamatime5750
      @pajamatime5750 5 років тому +3

      jaynen yep. I agree. Those are the 3 we test drove before buying.... We liked the price of the Teryx, the aluminum rims and big horns, spacious interior that still allows for box space out back, Fox shocks, EPS and half doors all backed by a 3 year warranty.... The others were not near as comfy with 4 people in the cab....

    I have one, and really dislike the driver heat under the seat and on your leg, in the summer, very uncomfortable, but great in cool weather......I don’t understand why the engineers can’t do something about it??!!

  • @steveward2158
    @steveward2158 5 років тому +1

    I've had one of these since 2015 it's been a good machine. I just wish that Kawasaki would raise the speed limiter to at least 55 to 65. I know I can handle it, as you get up to 50 and at some points you are only half throttle. I mean I understand that they want to provide longevity but it would be nice the live a little. Other than that I would probably buy another one in a heartbeat.

    I would also recommend , all owners, place SS band clamps on coolant hose,.....they have small compression “wires “, that can come off or loose, causing loss of coolant and then overheating, and your 28 miles in the hills!!!,... not good

    These things are the best hands down price power comfort and storage only thing I'd like to see is a little bit bigger bed and dumpable maybe on the camo model for large game but ratchet straps holds a bear on their so can't complain and it still pulls 45mph easy with 4 people around 200lb avg

    I smell PC\PR agenda here. Only a brief shot of the X4 but you mention the Pioneer 1000-5? The X4 is more nimble on the trails with a 2' less turning radius. The X4 is waayyyy quieter, waaaaaaaay cooler in the cab, no vibration, better ride (despite the T4's shocks), better grab handles, drive-by-wire with speed control, better accessories, more towing capacity and HP, better visibility, self-leveling rear shocks, helicut gears, 10 year belt warranty, more space in less-than-4 configuration, better CVT setup which doesn't require removal of the center tunnel or gas tank to get to.
    Your doppelganger over here ua-cam.com/video/eSUnV2sCJN0/v-deo.html will say the ONLY reason to choose a Teryx4 over an X4 is if you belong to the big-n-tall category
