Basically, when an enemy fighter goes out of action for *any reason*, the opposing side gets Glory, unless something states otherwise.
Just a Heads-up for the Crimson Court inspire condition. The Action phase ends when both players have had their 4 activations, so Gorath wouldn't inspire as early as he did.
