I remembered reading the book long time ago and according to the description of the book, Patrick worked over three hours everyday with a full body split through a ton of junk volume workout.
According to the description and the hints that the author give us, the workout would look like this:
1.) Stairmaster 20 minutes
2.) Leg machines 5×10
3.) Back machine 5×10
4.) Weighted crunch 6×15
5.) Bicep curl 7×10
6.) 20 minutes exercise bike
7.) Leg extension 3×15
8.) Leg curl 3×15
9.) Leg press 3×15
10.) Barbell curls 3×20
11.) Rear delt flyes 3×20
12.) Lat pulldowns 3×20
13.) Cable rows 3×20
14.) Deadlifts 3×20
15.) Bent over barbell rows 3×20
16.) Incline bench 3×20
17.) Lateral raise 3×20
18.) Dumbbell press 3×20
19.) Close grip bench 3×20
20.) Cable pushdowns 3×20
21.) Stretching exercises to cool down.
Being the narcissistic maniac that Patrick was, his morning routine plus his bodycare should take over 5-6 hours daily, which is absolutely insane unless you are a narcissistic psycho

My goal is 1,000 pushups a day, 10 mile runs a day, as many pullups as I can stand, and workout like a gymnastic dude. Plus get into boxing.
good idea. ive been doing muay thai and boxing for 6/7 years. Muscle doesnt actually give you any advantages. you need stamina and muscular endurance. I recommend you boxing and good luck my friend

Hey guys, need a adivce, i am doing this workout for a few months, but prior of that, i was already working out, weighting and doing some( pull-ups, push-ups, squats) sometimes, that got me a muscle, and do the bulk without knowing it, so i move the cutting phase, i am already on the level 2 of cutting part for a month and coulpe of weeks, now i hava a gym memebership, so i dowaled the fight club as well, for the time i go to the gym and in my house i do the bodyweight workout, right now, i don't know if i am doing right or i should sit with the bodyweight workout. I need someone to give adivce, thanks for reading until this point.

I have no clue why you would suggest bodyweight workouts during the bulk phase but whatever. If you just lift weights and clean bulk as well as intense cardio every day you will look like bateman but better

Because i am an athlete (Martial Arts, wrestling and Calisthenics) and i have a lot of athlete Friends (such as swimmers, rugby players, olympic weightifters, crossfitters, powerlifters, gymnasts and judo fighters) that want to get an attractive physique to women, and Leon Edwards is the most attractive to women, and the dream physique of all my Friends me included, Mario Rios and Martin Rios don't explain It specifically how to get that physique adapted to people with diverse circunstances, and the Leon Edwards physique is a trend now. For the people that don't know you could also mention the most identical physique in every popular sport, and the most identical physique in Hollywood, TV Shows that women LOVE, and in the anime world for reference. It is my dream physique too. But in terms of the chest me and my Friends (women Friends included) prefer Michael Phelps chest. Leon Edwards is 6 foot and 170 lbs don't know what body fat percentage, also including serratus muscles in the workout, the VMO tear drop muscle as the most focused muscle in the quad (It is possible to isolate the VMO, Chat gpt says It), muscular infraspinatus and teres minor over traps, enough trapezious development for thickness and enough lats Work for Leon Edwards Shoulder to waist ratio
