Don't apologize for your grocery vlogs. Its always the people that eat bad that judge others in the first place. If they don't like it they can watch someone else. The rest of us love to watch your grocery hauls. Keep on being you.

You guys are just the cutest together and seeing Addison just warms my heart. She's such a sweet, kind soul. I always went grocery shopping with my parents. When you're 6 or 7, you just don't get that everything costs money. Now as an adult, I have a whole new appreciation for those trips. We don't have kids, but we do have 4 cats, so their needs are added to ours. I have discovered I can easily save $20 or more on a weekly trip if I leave my husband at home. New subscriber here! Your laugh is amazing and I cannot wait to watch more about your beautiful family. I’m a mom of 8 all grown now and 15 grandkids so I know all about shopping in bulk.
One of the best ways to lessen heartburn is to sleep with the end of the bed or mattress raised by 3 to 6 inches. I have chronic severe reflux and take loads of meds for it, but it's still one of the best things. Also watching caffeine and acid (such as fruit juice and vinegars), it's sounds basic, but it's surprising how much it can effect you. And also trying to leave 2 hours minimum between last food and preferably drink before bed. Laying on the left side can help food pass into the intestines too, which can help reduce the reflux at night. Trying a dairy or gluten reduced (you should speak with your doctor before removing any ingredients completely) can help too
I think you did a great job shopping. If you count how many meals you will have for your family and how much you are stretching your money you did good! If I can make our meal less than $10. I feel like I am doing good. And EVERYONE has treats so don't feel guilty about that. With what we have all been through and are still going through we all need some indulgence!

Seeing Lance and you do the “little but necessary thing’s” together is so sweet, it’s very apparent how much you love, respect and adore each other ❤️ You both have a little extra twinkle in your eyes when you’re together ❤️. I love seeing your beautiful face and seeing you laugh… I love your ability to find a reason to laugh in most circumstances and really hated when you were going through so much first with your son’s health then with your own 😪😪. I just wanted to wrap you in my love and give you comfort….. I absolutely hate buying groceries especially with all the limits placed on the number of certain products you can purchase, all the items that aren’t available and the huge increase of prices! I’ve switched to buying almost everything online AND having it delivered…. It’s been a great blessing since our local store added the additional option of “hiring a personal shopper” for a very small fee, like $5.00 (who contacts you when they start, will actually talk with you if you’d like and even ask if there’s anything else she can grab for me, notifies you if they’re out of something and gives you the option to get a different brand or perhaps if it’s something like Spaghetti Sauce a different flavor they do have rather than just automatically getting an alternative brand or not purchasing it at all and who you can give specific “selection requirements when getting fresh produce” and you can choose the same person to always purchase your groceries so you built a “relationship with them” and don’t have to constantly give the same info when someone else is buying your groceries! She even personally delivers them, she’s AWESOME 😉💕💕)…. I’ve actually found I spend less because I know my total before I checkout which is a huge blessing and allows my anxiety to not go through the roof every time I step foot in the store! My “preferred personal shopper” is awesome so I always give her a nice tip, she’s a blessing and has never failed to impress me! It’s definitely a win/win for me to hire a shopper and have my groceries delivered but the overall cost increase still make me feel yucky 🤢…. I was actually surprised to hear your ground beef was so cheap @ Costco, I live in southern lower Michigan and it’s at least $8.50+ per lb for 90/10.. which is $2-3 more than I used to pay for 96/4! I didn’t think your total was too bad, for my family of 3+ (2 adults and older teen who’s boyfriend is often here) we spend $300 a week, more if we have to buy laundry soap, toilet paper, paper towels, cleaning supplies and the like then it’s closer to $500…. I’m trying to get my total to around $1,000 max per month but it’s proving to be a lot harder than you’d expect, I almost wonder if it would be cheaper (even if it’s far less healthy) to have my husband pick up dinner on his way home but I’d still have to buy some groceries, all the “household stuff”, beverages and water as well as a few meals for the weekend, bread, milk, snacks so I highly doubt it but I can dream 😂 I just hate buying groceries 🙈😂🤷♀️🤷♀️😂🤣😂

My chemotherapy nurse highly recommended apple cider vinegar for heart burn. I mix about 1 tablespoon of vinegar with 1cup of water. This is the only thing that gave me relief. 😊
What I love most about the Costco runs is you being with Lance. So enjoyable.

I was dealing with what I thought was heart burn too. A yr of taking over the counter medication, I finally saw the Gastroenterologist. The acid was eating away at my throat. Was given the right medication and Praise G-D I'm doing better. If you can set an appointment up with a Gastroenterology Dr.
Just a little FYI - I don't drink coffee, but I do drink tea. And rather than adding milk and sugar I just use a shot of Premiere Protein vanilla or caramel shake. Just adds a little something!

I hope you two silly young people are still the same when you get as old as we are. We were the same way. We buy hamburger and divide it like you guys and stretch it with a lot of other foods. My brother starts wordle with the same word but the one time he didnt, it was the wordle that day. "Mourn" is his word.I always use a 2 vowel word, but different every time. Love me some Wordle!

with gluten free flour...add a little xanthum gum, if it doesn't have it already and make sure to sift your flour to add more air too it and it makes it more fluffy! we've had alot of dense not so good GF bread! you should look at the Beecher's GF Mac n cheese, and their Flagstaff potatoes..so good! they usually have them at Safeway. Costco has a Beecher's Mac n cheese but not the gf one but still good! Walmart has some good GF options for gravy, cream of mushroom, pancake mix and some box bake mixes..it's cheaper there then some other places. we had to cut it out because my mom is allergic.
Aww Addie! You little sweetheart. 💗 Nice melons, Lance! 🤣 Those cheese danishes look SO good. I take a rolling pin and finish flattening out my Food Savored ground meats after they bags are sealed. It really works nicely to get them flat for storage and they thaw out super fast, too. Your Costco is so nice and your FM prices are similar to my area.

Heartburn. ... I use to get it then I gave up dairy. Dairy is one of the biggest culprits. Thanks for allowing us to follow you along. Greetings from Northern Canada.

Those are the best brownies. We use 2 pouches in a 13x9 brownie pan and you get nice thick ones. So good.

I get heartburn so bad , and the one thing that really helps is a rounded teaspoon of baking soda is a 10oz cup of cold water and than more cold water. It's really not that bad ,because the heartburn worse

You might want to contact the management of the Thai place to make them aware of the fail on the Wraps. Perhaps they can refund your money.

I have always used buttermilk for heartburn. Works very well w/o the nasty side effects. People tell me yuck until they try it and most generally agree. Some Drs recommend it for chemotherapy patients
If Lance has so much heartburn, I would definitely let that check out and follow up. It has to be managed carefully. It will also help to know which foods cause it (like tomatoes for example)
You may want to try digestive enzymes for indigestion. I get that too.

I was a single mom for most of my kids lives. They are now 15 and 17. No judgment from me. ❤❤❤ I had to do what I had to do to keep them fed.
I believe that spice is fennel. It tastes like black licorice. Also Idk if your glutton intolerance, but a doc said if your not intolerant to it a bottom free diet will do nothing for you. Maybe something to look into.

Prices are going up everywhere 9n everything. My husband semi someone stole the diesel around 90 gallons probably got taken its just crazy we are putting locks on all the tanks the cab has 2 and trailer has 1 because it's a refrigerated trailer. Prayers this works for us

I take 40mg of Nexium daily. It helps tremendously. I have taken it for 5 years now. I get mine as a prescription and I get the extended release. The ER is key to making it last all day. If he has indigestion, heartburn or reflux more than 3 days a week, he has GERD and NEEDS to be on it to prevent stomach ulcers, esophageal and stomach cancers, etc.

Sugar will give you horrible heartburn and coffee, if you have to have it, put a little cream in it. Not allot though. Anis is the black licorice flavor in sausage. And some breakfast gravy mixes.

I’ve had acid reflux for about 30 years and I take otc Nexium I purchase from Costco not the generic nexium that they sell. I tried the generic version of Nexium and it didn’t work for me like the name brand does. I take 40mg. a day (two purple capsules) usually in the morning and it’s the only proton pump inhibitor that works. You can take up to 80mg. a day short term to get some control of your heartburn if it is very severe. You don’t want to let it go because it can cause you to be prone to cancer. My Dad died from constant heartburn that eventually caused cancer of his esophagus. So, try to nip it in the bud as Barney Fife would say😁🙏
