I like to know how you can get the songs that iTunes took off your iPod back on there. Every time I get a new computer, iTunes takes off the songs I downloaded from my CDs leaves the ones I downloaded from iTunes. Please help 😩
@@Shatterglass23yes annoying, the only way to do it is to keep loading it back up. I would definitely recommend that you keep an offline, so not in iTunes copy of you music as then it is yours forever and Apple can't keep hold of it!
This might save my life later today. I have an ipod touch with all my music but i have a modeed classic with nore storage and better battery life. Ill try it later today.
I have tried to get my music from an old I pod to my MacBook Air, the instructions were different to the above video, now all my music has gone from the I pod and I cannot find it on my laotop. I have rang apple and they cannot find it either ....help
That sounds like an unhappy iPod, but I would check to make sure it is charged, that it is open but also check the cable is not damaged just in case they are not the issues. 😁
Ah then you will have to load them back into Apple Music, so you can use them there, but you could end up with the same issue in a few years time when they decide to change the music app! 😁
I accidentally deleted all my songs/playlist off my iPod touch several months back. Any chance this program can recover them to the way I had them before?
Unfortunately, unless you have an offline copy, so on a hard drive that is not syncing to the cloud, which you could recover from, they will be gone. That is the reason why iCloud is not a backup, it is a syncing service so no recovery possible. Sorry 😊
What is your top tip for recovering music from your old iPod?

Thank you for the tutorial. I can't seem to find the M4p converter software. Did you say tuneoff? Would you have a link, or website? Thanks again!
I heard her say Chinoff. No matter, can't find anything like that in google search. I'll try tuneoff...

Does this work for iPod touches that are stuck in recovery mode?
I suspect not if it is stuck, but you can try iMazing for free and see if it can see the device and the contents. Good luck!😁

What happens if you just plug the iPod in as an external hard drive to you Mac, is there anything there?
what if u get an error mess that says unable to load data?

How can I transfer those songs to my iphone though?
Ah then you will have to load them back into Apple Music, so you can use them there, but you could end up with the same issue in a few years time when they decide to change the music app! 😁
Does it transfer to an IPad?
I would recommend you transfer it to a computer or Mac first and then load to an iPad if you can. It seems to like that transferring route better. 😊

Always happy to help 😊
It only let me move 50 songs I have 800
Do you have the paid version, you are limited on how much you can transfer on the free, trial version 😊
You need to pay for it then......
