Some people had asked about seeing a video from Portland. I didn't end up filming there this time, but I have a bunch of old videos from Portland that you can check out here: ua-cam.com/users/gabejedmosearch?query=Portland
It's amazing how you go to all these exotic foreign countries and the motel bill is about 15 or $20 per night you stay in America and you get a 10 by 10 square box with another person in the room for 90 LOL only in America
There was not many 15-$20 night stays in his last 6 months travel except for few shitty dorms where other guests enjoy snoring and farting all around you. Must me heaven. 6 months overseas, 15 thousand dollars minimum, that's $ 30 thousands a year. Most people can live in the states for much less, low or high season not important. With a car, a small van, a bike or a moto, sleeping in it or camping, USA can be as cheap as any third world countries.
And in the evening (When the sky is on fire) Heaven and earth become my great open cathedral Where all men are brothers Where all things are bound by law And crowned with love Poor, alone and happy I make a fire on the beach And as darkness covers the face of the deep Lie down in the wild grass And dream the dream that the dreamers dream I am the wind, the sea, the evening star I am everyone, anyone, no one
Thanks Gabriel Just Wondering What Do you Use To Hold Your Go Pro Hero 6???? Currently I Am Just Holding It but My Video Can Come Out A Little Shaky You Might Let Me Know Thanks 😃
It looks beautiful, and actually the price isn't that bad when you take in to account the fact it's full board with meals. The site must take a lot of maintenance as well to keep it looking like that. Still love following your videos Gabriel, and remember that even though you are now "at home", it's all still a foreign country to many of us! P.S. I am reading your short stories and am exceptionally troubled by what happened to the cat in the one where the girl passes away whilst watching the heavens. :(
$93 seems a bit steep - no sheets, blankets, pillows or towels, what seems like a long walk to the shower quarters and then you have to share with a stranger in a tiny cabin, wow!
That includes three organic meals, programs (classes like yoga, meditation, systems tour, musical offerings ...) plus 24 hour use of the pools and sauna and use of the trails. I loved and worked at Breitenbush for several years in the 90s, (on the Healing Arts team, offering massage) it's the only time I've had a job with medical benefits.
To be clear, Breitenbush is not a nudist resort. Clothing is option only in the hot springs or sauna. Clothes must be worn anywhere else on the property. All the guest cabins burned on Sept 7, 2020 and there are plans to re-open to camping on May 1, 2021.
Hi Agata, nice to hear from you. I almost went to Poland on my last trip. I really want to visit there at some point. If you see me coming through then remind me to get in touch, it would be cool to meet!
I've never heard of having to provide your own blankets and pillows. I suppose it's due to the relatively basic remoteness and simple atmosphere. You get my point. I can respect that. They are clealry focused on peacefulness and self-love judging by the medicine circle/path. They could still provide blankets... Not much lovin happening if you have to bring your own blankies. Nice vid. Always look forward to your stuff.
The soaking facilities are clothing optional, clothing is required elsewhere. Breitenbush hopes to reopen this summer after the devastating fire last year.
If you had to pick your top 5 favorite most beautiful United States which states would they be? In terms of beauty? Oregon is number one for me. Curious about your opinion. Also do you have any videos in the Mount Shasta area? Thanks again for getting me addicted to your UA-cam channel haha
California, Oregon, Alaska and Hawaii are my favorite US states. Hard to pick a fifth. Yes I do actually have a video from Mt. Shasta, when I went there to watch the solar eclipse in 2012: ua-cam.com/video/zJXBrAtYKUc/v-deo.html
Gabriel Traveler any thoughts or opinions on Vermont or North Carolina as far as nature and beauty? Or Montana? And yes Hawaii is one of my top favorites as well.
Gabe, WOW airlines is taking applications the next couple weeks looking for a team to travel this summer on WOW. It looks like a paid job, doing what you are already used to now, blogs, reviews, etc.
Yeah I saw that, it sounds awesome. But they are looking for two people to share an apartment together. I'm not sure I can find someone I want to live and travel with for the whole summer, who also happens to have the summer free to do something like that.
Yeah, I'm never paying that much for a shit room. Love ur videos, watching for a while and I think this is the first time I've ever seen something I disliked so much. Lol not even a blanket for a hundred bucks. Oh and no Wi-Fi, no phones, yep Ive decided that place sucks. With what they offer it should be about ten dollars. I just cldnt do it. U pay all that money and get to sit in their puddles. Lol Just nothing I wld want to do. Lol
Tinman Hiking 100$ isn’t that much money. Come to Alaska and see what you will get for 100$. A shitty room in a crackhead hotel called black angus inn is what you get.
I've never paid more than $75 for a really nice room, even in the Caribbean. Even got a 2 BR furnished townhouse in Barbados once for $75. This is ignorant for a shared room. I think Gabe's patrons have spoiled him.
Gabriel Traveler yea it's a nice place plus they have free room and board and meals and it's year round unlike most park jobs so I can just save for travel.
Some people had asked about seeing a video from Portland. I didn't end up filming there this time, but I have a bunch of old videos from Portland that you can check out here: ua-cam.com/users/gabejedmosearch?query=Portland
+Gabriel Traveler I'm guessing that means you're already back on your travels.
Where to next, Gabriel? :)
Gabriel Traveler 😠😠😠🌄🌄🌄🌄🌋🌋🌋🌋🌋🌊🌊🌊🌊🌊🌊🌊🌈🌈🌈🌈🌈🌈🌈

My old stopping grounds . There’s bagby hot springs and also Austin hot springs nearby.
I've been to Bagby but haven't been to Austin. Been to Cougar and McCredie though.
Beautiful I love the scenery and the cabins.

That's why it's cheaper to travel than live in the usa.
Yeah....ridiculous actually. Cost of living rising, rising always
Exactly, one of the reasons I've traveled abroad, it's way cheaper than living or traveling in the US.
Gabriel you should do a video talking about how it's cheaper to travel than live in the USA I am very interested in that.
There was not many 15-$20 night stays in his last 6 months travel except for few shitty dorms where other guests enjoy snoring and farting all around you. Looks like a really peaceful place. Begin baked there would be awesome.

Thanks Gabriel Just Wondering What Do you Use To Hold Your Go Pro Hero 6???? Currently I Am Just Holding It but My Video Can Come Out A Little Shaky You Might Let Me Know Thanks 😃
Yes I just hold the camera in my hand. Do you have the video stabilization feature turned on in protunes? Because it keeps things pretty smooth.
Ok Cool Gabriel Thanks So Much For Responding, I Will Switch That On Now Straight Away Much Appreciated Wishing You Safe Travels Man :-)

Its raining out here, am on the couch watching ur travel vids high💨👽 asf!...i think I'll have 2 start planning for my next solo trip
Cool man, enjoy!

Ah yes, that's a sad story. Which country do you live in?
The UK. Why, does that change the story about what happened to the cat?!
It looks awesome! I loved it!

Steep indeed
Wonderful nature!

Thank you! :)
I’ve always wanted to go to Oregon. Trees are pretty. Looks so different from Virginia.
Nice Video Gabe , look like a cool Natural Place, i like better this kind of video than some where you walk in a city of europe. thanks
beautiful place
Beautiful music, love it. Goes very well with the place. Still hope to see you in Poland :)
Hi Agata, nice to hear from you. I almost went to Poland on my last trip. I really want to visit there at some point. If you see me coming through then remind me to get in touch, it would be cool to meet!
Gabriel Traveler Sure I will, three times lucky...
I've never heard of having to provide your own blankets and pillows. I suppose it's due to the relatively basic remoteness and simple atmosphere. You get my point. I can respect that. How did you figure out what the name of the river was, Gabe?.....:-)
I actually looked it up online, didn't realize it was the Breitenbush. But I'll remember it now.
This place reminds me your recent visit to Gangnani , Uttarakhand..😊
hi Gabe, I followed you from the beginning, if you visit ECETI Ranch - James gilliand I promise you you will meet likeminded loving people.....
You are a traveler. Like the cabin. $98 seems good.
The soaking facilities are clothing optional, clothing is required elsewhere.
Breitenbush hopes to reopen this summer after the devastating fire last year.
In your opinion, is the USA the best country to live in?
If you had to pick your top 5 favorite most beautiful United States which states would they be? In terms of beauty? Oregon is number one for me. Curious about your opinion. Also do you have any videos in the Mount Shasta area? Thanks again for getting me addicted to your UA-cam channel haha

So is this a nudest resort or just while enjoying the hot springs. It's very beautiful.
Just at the hot tubs, not a nudist place in the public areas.
The old footage could be easily be out of a horror movie. Looks like footage filmed by police or so and after that dead bodies will appear, creepy :D.
Nice … but do you know Giardini Poseidon Terme 🤗
“Bright & Bush” HA!
Yeah, I'm never paying that much for a shit room. Love ur videos, watching for a while and I think this is the first time I've ever seen something I disliked so much. They got to pay for all the fuel to heat the hot springs ;)
Tinman Hiking 100$ isn’t that much money. Come to Alaska and see what you will get for 100$. A shitty room in a crackhead hotel called black angus inn is what you get.
If your lucky the sheets won’t smell like piss
Not to mention that for that price, you might end up sharing the room with a but naked fat dude!
I've never paid more than $75 for a really nice room, even in the Caribbean. Even got a 2 BR furnished townhouse in Barbados once for $75. This is ignorant for a shared room. I think Gabe's patrons have spoiled him.
I think that room would still be about $5 in India, if that much 😊
Must be nice to get away from everything in the mountains!
Nice I'm working at a hotsprings in alaska
Cool, which ones? I've been to some outside of Fairbanks, Chena I think they were called.
Gabriel Traveler yup that's exactly where I'm at, Chena
Wow, nice.
Gabriel Traveler yea it's a nice place plus they have free room and board and meals and it's year round unlike most park jobs so I can just save for travel.
Very expensive...is it a nudist resort?
I guess I should have clarified that. No, it's not a nudist resort, just at the hot tubs. You have to wear clothes everywhere else.
Those asking don't know you. You avoid body freedom places as well as any night life fun places as if it would bring meadow or malaria.........
Mathieu Tallard I asked because it said nude in the title...and I don't judge...each to his own!
It is beautiful but it is wild without people.
Not a good rate plan, Breitenbush. A latecomer to a room will not be warmly received . . .
yeah, looks expensive coz dollars become more expensive these days
first view
Gabe the door still always open on the coast if you like. MB
:-)
Would've been cheaper to go to Switzerland ㋡
you back to get more money for traveling again? I thought you made enough on the youtube videos
