Brother, why is it that so many powerlifters have shit physiques but you and a few other guys look jacked as fuck and your strong? Do you do separate strength and hypertrophy blocks? Or do you always just train for size and strength? Must be that Josh Bryant programming
Hey, make sure you record in FULL HD and not 4k, 30 FPS and not 60 FPS and maybe turn off HDR. This will make video files much smaller, maybe it will help?
I think you’re in the wrong mindset when you say lifting heavy while cutting isn’t making you stronger. By lifting heavy your maintaining as much lean muscle mass while getting shredded, so keep pushing
