Venice Biennale 2024: Mataaho Collective

Mataaho Collective share their thoughts after being invited to present their work at the Venice Biennale's international exhibition, Stranieri Ovunque, Foreigners Everywhere.
The collective is made up of Erena Baker Arapere (Te Atiawa ki Whakarongotai, Ngāti Toa Rangātira), Sarah Hudson (Ngāti Awa, Ngāi Tūhoe, Ngāti Pūkeko), Bridget Reweti (Ngāti Ranginui, Ngāi Te Rangi) and Dr. Terri Te Tau (Rangitāne ki Wairarapa).
They join four other Ngā Toi Māori artists who have been invited to participate in the exhibition by curator Adriano Pedrosa.
