Grip with toes
Fingertip claw hybrid on top
Fingertip is King!!! Shit on the other GripStyles!,
Jokes aside Fingertip is the Best if you get used to it. People who think palm is better just didnt tested Fingertip for long enough.
Fingertip
"When I first started my transition I wasn't passing, I just wasn't fitting in and it was really scary." Yooo too real wth 💀
Used palm grip for years. Was LEM in csgo solo que's and champs league in fortnite, so I'm an above average player. Recently switched to claw because people were saying my aim would get better with claw and palm is for casual players. After a year of claw, my aim is the same... Yup, that's it. Should've just stuck to palm, waste of time switching.
Damn thanks for sharing that i was about to switch
@@Sparkytaken Ive done both, mostly claw but did palm 3 years.
palm was just as good of aim in my experience too
💯
Day 91 of telling boardzy I’m a failure.
@Gavin Cunningham yessir
yoo same

"Maybe if you're fucking 50 and your hands are decaying..." just fuckin killed me man.
Then I realized that it's already happening to me. Guess I'll order squeeze balls on amazon, thanks.
The dislikes are from people who palm the Hati S
My brain hurts
So a child
i feel targeted
I always play with palm grip but I do have old boomer (only 34 for fucks sake) because it does just rest naturally with my G703 and my hand isn't in tons of pain after long sessions of gaming. I used to be an long time claw grip user, until my hands went to shit thanks to nerve damage from the military so palm is most comfortable to me. Didn't take long to get used to since I tend to have mediumish/larger hands so most lighter mice don't fit my hand well enough, ultimately do what feels better for you and what lets you aim the best. Just remember lol, once you get older and you develop carpel tunnel I don't want you to come crying to this boomer saying I was right 🤣🤣
For me the freedom of motion with fingertip and range of motion you get is something i personally don't feel i can play to my full potential without, I've tried claw grip for a few months once with a g303 and za13 for science and in the end i still felt that difference in rom. Though i think something like knuckle claw instead of full on palm claw could be a pretty good in-between for that stable contact point and rom. That's how i concluded my science experiment anyways, it all comes down to the individual and your playstyle.
What mouse are you currently fingertipping?
I actually switched to the knuckle claw type grip I was talking about, but I only make contact with my pinky back knuckle, instead of every knuckle touching. I keep side fingers bent pretty aggressively, so it's pretty much just my fingertips making contact with the mouse still, apart from that one knuckle, so technically not a pincer grip either. Still maintains that freedom of motion vertically/horizontally but with an added grounding feeling. Currently using the gpx which I've been using for about a year now, considering trying somethin dif, though gpx works quite well for the grip im doing.
Friendship ended with PALM GRIP, now CLAW GRIP is my best friend. Also, day 2 of asking for unmute on Discord server.
lol
Just leave and rejoin you freak. You don’t get the roles put back on pepelaugh
More grip videos. You're a grip poet. I too shunned palm grip as a natural "fingertipper" (?), but then I tried it and I tracked better. Having tested the same control content over and over again and varying the styles, mice shapes and sizes, I'm now of the mind that this "cross-training" quite possibly makes you better overall (it does me). Other than heavy mice, which blow.
Hey, im 50 and plam gripping very successfully with my decaying hands.
Keep on trucking @Jon boy. I gotta say that @boardzy comment was among the rudist piece of ageism I’ve seen from a popular YT reviewer. Not cool.
I been listening to nerds for years. I tried palm grip. Its way better. I can use lower sensitivities with palm grip. Don't listen to nerds. Try stuff on your own.
You should try Apex Legends, tracking heavy game.
My hands so smol I palm grip a gwolves skoll mini
I have to say that palming a mouse is the most unnatural feeling I've ever felt, I prefer fingertip although my aim is slightly better on claw
my hands are hurting almost all the time, especially when i game. my left hand on my keyboard is like dead after around an hour or two and a palm grip on my right hand is the only way i can play for more than 45-60mins. im 18 btw. i have no idea whats wrong but i assume my tendons are just a bit fucked🤷♂️
my first mouse was the deathadder and i learned how to play with a palm grip, I honestly didn't know there was any other type of grip. I use finger tip now but sometimes i'll find myself slipping into palm grips.
I use the finger tip grip but I rest my hand on the mouse when I'm just moving and stuff In games is that still palm griping it?
@@jacobharold7261 nahh, no one would keep on finger tipping while just wandering around
i use palm grip and my aim is good, it might just be cause i’m so used to it
although it’s kinda like a palm/fingertip
The palm grip for me is why more comfortable because after having a 10+ year run doing boxing and mma my hands, wrist and forearms are toast at 36. That being said the claw grip is my backup when a mouse is too small but pallm is most comfortable for me at this point. PS great video and love all your content.
Day 63 of asking Boardzy to review the Microsoft Pro Intellimouse until he uploads an initial impressions video on it
relaxed claw grip on larger mice is the way to go for me
LEGEND
Turns out shit is very subjective, glad you realized it bro, you gave too much shit to people that palm grip.
ill recommend u to palm grip the mm720 as a main, its very comfortable and your finger always rest. so its perfect.. best shape fking ever.
I recently used fingertip grip coming from palm grip. I saw a potential in it but damn it hurts when you play for a long time
@boardzy you made me buy a artisan mousepad and a gpro. I am now poor
hey dude made a best mice tier list for each grip style
bruh if you have a more ergonomic grip (palm) then at 50 your hands might not hurt. shortsighted at best. i havent watched your videos but you should try the mionix naos 7000. best palm grip mouse out there
More contact with the mouse, like any other sport, provides better control. I think fingertip grip is some kind of zoomer inside joke.... go shoot a gun IRL, no one "finger tip" grips a firearm...
How dare you speaketh of thy palm grip 🛑
day 64 of asking boardzy to review the microsoft pro intellimouse until he uploads an initial impressions video on it
Lol, how do you think this boomer has decaying wrists... from using finger tip grip in my early years, imagine that. SHOCKING.
I can't palm grip at all, it's just too uncomfortable for me.
I got small feminine asian hands, so I can palm grip lots of mice. It's definitely a grip style that favors smaller hands
How the natural grip of people is something besides palm it makes no sense to me.
I used to claw grip but i switched to palm because when i claw grip I don’t use my fingers
Stop throwing them around like it's 1$ worth, u'r breaking my heart dude, U think it's cheap and worthless but for me it's a fucking month salary!
Lmfao 11cm wife palms
I thought I had wide hands but you're walking around with ping pong paddles 😂
(Palm grip- diamond in siege, immortal in valorant when it first released for a couple acts)
Used claw for a year in a half and the only thing I got was pain in my hand. Didn’t get better, waste of time.
I have 18x7.5cm hands, looking for wireless mice I can use for palm grip.
If you don't palm grip w lower sense, you're lazy and that's okay, even commendable.
Bro I wish my hand was 11cm. I'm at nearly 12 cm, bitches dont even make mice that I can use comfortable.
the thing with palm grip is, you move the mouse by moving your forearm not with the ankle of your hand.
Bastard, I didn't know why until you said 50 year old decayed hands, but my hands are fucked.
I find that Palm grip has the most consistent results for me. I’ve got pretty big hands and with smaller mice I can sometimes be insane with finger tip, but my consistency isn’t there so much. With Palm grip my aim is less flicks, but it feels a lot more controlled.
Just watched the rest of the video and you pretty much said the same thing.
It's comfortable for me too but when it comes to fast paced shooters I have lots of trouble making fast micro corrections against dodging targets.
I can’t really remember if I ever used palm grip but for the longest time I’ve used claw and I use my fingers a lot in the shooters I play ( like apex ) and I don’t understand how u guys flick or track up or down well or do small micro corrections since I used to play valorant with claw and I almost never needed to go up or down and didn’t learn how to use my fingers and I remember vividly my arms getting stuck and when going up or down and it was just a bad when I first picked up apex
my microcorrections with palm grip is so good
Why is steelseries trash? Ive only had steelseries mice since i started gaming, and i dont know much about mice.. can my aim get better if i get deathadder?
You're really tryin to turn nothing into something with this video. Glad transitioning went well.
Is nobody gonna talk about how fucking isane this mane is at krunker??
I used to use a pam grip and now i changed my grip to go claw grip and bought a logitech g303
Exactly! I have pretty much the same handsize (20,5 x 11 cm) and my (palm) grip is determined by my fingers. My fingers need to sit comfortably on the triggers while my pinky and thumb grip it from the sides. My palm just falls partly on the back of the mouse, but is mostly on the mousepad. That's also why the height of the mouse is imprtant to me. The lower the mouse, the more pressure of my palm is on the mousepad, which makes it hard to move the mouse.
i cant do anything but palm i got big hands claw and others feel fucked up and not natural at all i can see guys with little girl hands liking it tho.
i use palm because i use a low sensitivity
no i palm is so much more comfortable i have to constatnly flex my thumb in any other grip
Try to play apex legends if you don't know what to play.
Rocket Jump Ninga The Goat, Long Live Jah :D Boardzy kills me eveery vid man.. : D
I have RELLY small hands so can I use palm or would you say finger tip or claw be better
whatever you prefer.
Ok thx

proud of your transition
Mhhh you said that you don't know what to play... Well if you're looking for something extremely hard and fast, quake champions is free on steam
I have a razer viper and I have 13 years Old using a palm grip
Egg shaped claw/ hybrid claw for me. Gonna have to mod my g305 to make it lighter and more balanced and swap out m1 and m2 with some kailh 4.0s or something
Boardzy do you know How many haters you have?
I palmed the glorious Model D and it was mega comfy. Now I use the RVU with fingertip tho 👀
i have been using palm grip for 3 years now
How u get that mouse pad
People that say hand size doesn’t matter are 0 head
model d is good for palm grip
I use the palm/claw combo and i can use it on any mouse.I like having my pinky on board, this way i can stop mouse even faster and have higher control over it. When i start the movement of the mouse i use palm but it trasfers into claw when i stop the mouse to aim accuratly and i also stop the movement of the mouse with my wrist and do the small correction with my fingers to hs while stopping the mouse. It could look strange but works
Boardz if u don't know what to play u should play
OSU!
the palm grip is the best for RSI but it's not the best for actual gaming. if you can I would try palming while browsing and some other grip while gaming. I have a feeling that the classic deathadder is the classic palm grip mouse
What about the za11
i am shifting to claw grip from palm grip
so they're is basically two grips lol
In ur dreams s
pause, boardzy on the krunker ? 👀
4:28 - 4:34 same
Play apex so I can respect you again
1:20 Easy there mate.
TikTok hates your guts 😂😂😂
I palm grip the model d- 💀💀💀
put on respecktk on palm grip
deathadder is perfect for palm
Eyo i can see that Alpaca switches, waiting for the review now
I’ve had silent alpacas forever they suck
feces
Okay, I use a weird grip.
I use a butterfly grip. For fortnite.
For other games I use a claw grip. Some even fingertip.
Idfk whats wrong with me
You sound like minute tech
Imagine fighting over grip lmao.
One again folks, Hybrid, Palm for trackin, Claw for flocking and everything else, USE A HYBRIDIZED AIM STYLE,
What’s your keyboard
as a member of small hands gang i have been palm gripping my g305 wireless since i got it and i aim pretty well.
I use like a relaxed claw/palm
I use palm but with fingers, like the whole fingers are on the mouse except the... Well... Palm. Which is just levitating there
I palm my gpro and my Xm1r 😂
what does touch the mouse palmgripping? i can't grip any mouse with full palm touching the mouse (big hands)...i had the DAv3 and prefer the older Deathadder shape, only fingers rest and a little bit of the upper palm i guess
Im the weird guy btw. I don't find fingertip, or claw grip comfortable. I palm gripped every mouse I owned including the GPW. I also have pretty small hands so yeah its probably weird.
But like you I'm trying a different of grip. Recently I'm trying fingertip and when I get a different mouse I may try claw. But like I said my hands are small and I find difficulty picking up the mouse with claw
I've been using a deathadder since 2013, I simply can't change my grip from palm it's just how I aim habitually
G402/502 are great palm mouses, however 402's sensor sucks, 502 is a brick SO
I cant ever run anything than palm unfortunately. ive tried claw and fingertip but I constantly slip back to plam/ relaxed fingertip
Favorite mouse
what does based mean?
I can palm a viper mini. Maybe just get smaller hands noob. I dont palm it tho, thatd be weird.
