This stuff never used to bother me when I was young, but now? Hoo boy--seams, hairs, sometimes anything and everything touching my skin makes me NUTZ! Love your content so much! I am hoping you would possibly, please make a foundation fest but with all the foundations you like that harmonize well. But maybe don’t like on their own. My fave drugstore combo that is so incredibly good is the Covergirl Clean Fresh skin milk and the Covergirl clean matte bb cream mixed together. It holds out the longest on me. I have oily, dry combination skin and never had a breakout from them.
I so rarely mix them that I'm a pretty terrible source of expertise there 🤣 I used to mix often but as my collection grew and grew and I found so many that worked well on their own, that kind of became a requirement (sort of like, why spend time mixing when this one over here just works?) But that is entirely a symptom of me having 300 foundations to choose from which most people have no reason to have!
@@goow Thank you for sharing, I appreciate your response:) It is honestly kinda is challenging for me to find matches because of my ethnicity, maybe.. I wish there were an option to always customize and mix colors and choose beneficial ingredients more, amongst the different brands. I appreciate all your reviews, though so much and always check to see if you’ve reviewed it before buying because you are honest, straightforward and super entertaining. You definitely should have your own show. And love to the pet people of the world❣️
Hi Shelley Iconic London has some nice products, but they run throughout the line very warm in undertone. I live in Scotland and have access to the big displays, but having swatched most of their products have never bought anything for that reason. I’m extremely cool in undertone (ultra pale cool toned skin, grey eyes and ashy blonde hair), so their products just don’t work for me. It’s a shame because the formulas are nice as is the packaging. The warm peachy pinks is my complaint about the ND palette too, as cooler pinks look better on most people in eyeshadow (warm pinks make the eyes look red) and look better with the soft sage greens in the palette. I use other pinks from other palettes with the greens in the ND tbh. Where the ND version shines is actually the khaki toned neutrals that I can make a complete eye look from as they aren’t orange (when did orange become neutral?😢). I just avoid the peach and pink in the ND and it’s a shame as it’s far less wearable than it looked in the pictures and swatches. I don’t regret buying it but it wasn’t what I expected as you say. This palette is everything I didn’t like about the ND with even warmer shades as the base and really isn’t for me. Best wishes x
I can get away with it as a neutral undertone but I lean a smidge cool in the winter and prefer a smidge cool year-round. I don't think I look good in warm tones at all. Ahhhh I'm dreaming of standing in Boots in Ireland going through all of the displays :)
@@goow 😂😂😂I loved raking through Sephora and Ulta when I was in the US in March - we always want what we don’t have. There are different brands in both places and I was excited to swatch things I had only seen before on social media eg lawless, haus labs and the own brands by both as well as many others. Many of the brands I can access online but it’s not the same as seeing the shade or feeling the texture etc. I came back with a wishlist of things and the exact shade I need 😂. Best wishes x

Shelly, you are the best. Sadly the Iconic London face pallet that you have is not the one linked in the description box below. Do you know if it has a diff name? or where I can find it. The one on Ulta is too warm for me. I have checked a couple of websites, but, don't see it. If you could share, let me know.
I'm guessing it's a difference in photography, because even on the Iconic London web site itself, they show the same palette in 2 different photos with totally different editing so the shades look different (compared to each other) - us.iconiclondoninc.com/products/cream-face-palette
