You are one of those people that everybody thinks…Yes we would be great friends! Except I live in the US but you still seem like a friend. You make us all smile.❤️
You are an absolutely delightful instructor! I so thoroughly enjoyed your calm Teaching demeanor, fun attitude and organization! Thanks a bunch! ☺️✂️I’ll be back for more!!🎉
Good day Cheri, I just found your channel, I am a paper craft artist too. I believe we are kindred spirits on the 4 seasons and I enjoyed this tutorial. Your wonderful humor cheered me up, today, 2/8/2024, we buried our parent’s ashes who both dies in the last 18months. May everyone be blessed today!
Ceri, I absolutely enjoy your videos and your teaching methods. I’ve learned so much from you as I’m very new to journaling. I have to admit it’s my new passion. Thank you for your wonderful presence here. You are one of my favorites. Susan😊
I love this idea for paper clip covers. And I love how you decorated them. Your video's are never to long!! You do the video's as though we are all in the same room crafting together. Your video's are inspiring, fun and relaxing. Thank you for the time you spend making them. I'm glad to hear that your wrist is healing well. I'm with you on Spring and Fall. Summer is far too warm for me and, like you, I do enjoy winter but worry about falling. We're just getting spring here in Northern Michigan.
Love these, Ceri! So fun! Nothing like a cute paperclip to get us going, is there? 😂. Thanks so much for the mention and link. You’re the best, my friend! Love and hugs to you and glad the recovery is moving along. Be careful with my friend, will you? He’s precious to me. 😊❤
Oh my gosh. I can't believe I found you! We live in Signal Mountain, TN outside of Chattanooga. USA. We just got back last Friday from our 2 week vacation in Wales, with a few days in the Cotswolds.I'm heading out Thursday to Medina, NY, to Ellen J. Goods for a junk journal retreat. I've learned so much from you just on this video alone. THANK YOU!
I don’t know what it is but people his neck of the woods, could tell me the moon was square, and I would believe them. They make me laugh and seem more honest!
I truly enjoyed viewing your very organized boxes of tricks. In all honesty’s the video was very calming. So relaxing I watched it twice. Very creative. Again, thank you for sharing.
Such a great project! I love versatile and interesting things to use in my journals - and appreciate your techniques! Thanks for sharing! I’m glad to see you’re healing up nicely! Pain is difficult to live with and always such a relief to discover it’s gone! Take care!
I don't know exactly what happened but I ran across your show and it is just marvelous I'm writing down and taking notes and later on I'm going to watch you and play it and make some book tags their that is just so neat thanks for being there😊
I really never thought a lowly little paperclip could end up being such a little work of art! You are amazing, Ceri! Thank you for another wonderful video.
Love these. I’m from the US and although I have gotten many great ideas, tips, and instruction from numerous UA-cam videos, I find I really enjoy those from “across the pond” the best as they are well planned, organized, and to the point! Thank you. I am now a subscriber of yours and am looking forward to going through your tutorials.
Absolutely love when I accidentally stumble upon a wonderful creator’s channel! Keep up the beautiful projects and your great instructions. People can’t always help how they sound but your voice is perfect for me to stay awake and focus while still enjoying the production ❤
I love watching the process and I find watching repeat processes very calming and interesting. I, too, am a fan of Gayle's videos and since she doesn't edit I get the whole performance including her fun chit-chat😂 Besides, one always has the option of fast fowarding. But I can't recall what you have cut out! Maybe something to think about? But in spite of it all I love this video!❤😊
We were at a museum years ago and they have an old railroad town there. At the photography place, the gentleman said the reason they don't smile is because it wasn't an instant shot like we have now. It took quite a few seconds before the shot was taken. So it was easier to look sober than to smile and start to lose it while waiting for the shot to finish. In some old pictures, you'll see a horse or dog with a double head or face sort of smeared, because they moved during the picture taking.
Love making ephemera, and love all you have created in your video in real time which I love! So glad your wrist is healing! You inspire me as always, thank you ❤
I have never made a mass make before but your paper clips were so pretty I had to try. I've made 3 lots and I'm really happy with them. Thanks so much.
I started making cards 4 months ago but looked into making journals/ephemera finding your videos containing measured, clear teaching often with simple, inexpensive items. Love your creativity! Many thanks. -Brisbane ❤🇦🇺
Both of you guys have great ideas! I haven’t jumped into the book page ephemera pool yet, but they are on my list. Yours are going to be done today. Thank you for explaining the process so well. And it’s a great way to use up ugly or the big scrapbook background pages.
Those are so pretty Ceri! I’ve got so many beads from my beading days! I guess I can start making some dangles and then work on the paperclips later. Be well my friend! ❤
Hi Ceri. This was a fun video. I hadn't seen these before. I crafted along with you and i can say they're addicting. I am mass making. TFS and inspiring me. ❤Nebraska USA
People in the 1800's photographs didn't smile becausebof exposure time and how long they had to sit perfectly still. Nothing to do with uncomfortable clothing, i will say that if you had money for photographs you possibly weren't that hungry
Also more likely... Social norms were different... Just like military or even high school pictures you were not encouraged to smile... Be serious! Not frivolous or silly. That was a real thing! Even up in the mid to late 20th century when cameras had faster shutters.. seriousness was expected.
I always thought the women looked so miserable because there was no birth control. To have little to no hope for a year ahead without another baby, and more work .😢 Life was so much harder.
I love the Fabric Tack. It is like using hot glue with out getting burned & can be used on numerous items. Ver interesting video. Tonight is the first time I have seen one of your videos. Thank you.
I just finished crafting these while watching you. Such fun. I'm fairly new to JJ and just found this video. Thank you so much for your kindness in sharing.
Beautiful amazing work. The clips that you said look like light bulbs. I use those light bulbs looking pins to mark my work for crochet. Everybody in my line of work uses those as Stitch markers. That's what they're called from my kind of work. 👍💡
I enjoyed this tutorial and all the ideas you shared. The washi tape stamps are really a cute idea and so simple. I was looking for a special paperclip to use in my journal for an upcoming retreat. These you made are so cute and very versatile. I will make some up and take with me to share. Thank you ever so much!! Love your ephemera organization!!! Not an ephemera book kind of girl myself.
You said "is it really worth putting the clamps on?" I'm like you, I say yes. I use them all the time. I feel it's like a third hand, I can clamp and move on to the next one. Can't wait to make these. Thank you for sharing your video with us. Be Blessed, Safe and Healthy Grandma from the USA
Love every idea you've demonstrated. Once I get the cards all done I have to make, I'm going to put all these ideas into practice. As the other commentators have said, you have a very calm and interesting way of chatting while you teach. Thank you!!
Hello Ceri! I have missed so many of your videos. My husband passed very unexpectedly in July of last year…I don’t have near as much time to watch…but I am catching up and look forward to all the other videos! Thanks for all you do!
Thank you so much for giving me another way to do pocket paper clips, I enjoyed making Gayle's. Happy to hear your brace is ready to come off, be gentle with your hand for awhile. Have a wonderful day ❣️
OMG the way you described your over analyzing things is ME ALL THE WAY my house has gotten to be a mess due to severe back pain and now trying to find where to start is impossible I have never seen theses before but I think they are really cool
So glad to hear your wrist is so much better. Hopefully your ribs will mend fast and you'll be right as rain in no time. I saw Gayle's video on pocket tags and thought the side pocket idea was great. I never would have thought to switch it up to make upright pockets! Thanks for this great idea! It will add variety to our pocket paperclips. TFS Hope you have a great day. 🌞
I like your methodology and decorating. And I like how you don’t try to overthink things. I think when you overthink too much then you kind of squash your creativity.
I just made 20 junk journals last month. My first time and I had no idea what I was doing. They turned out fantastically. I am in a group of mothers of veterans suicide. They had a retreat and there were 20 mom's in st Mary's Georgia. They were a great gift and the mom's loved them. I would have added these to the journal. I called them a labor of love. Thank you, new subscriber here, love you site and your accent.
I’m in Michigan in the Northern United States. I so agree with you. I love winter. Of course I have a nice warm home with a garage. It does get a little dreary as we have been getting a lot mor cloudy days ( global warming), My favorite seasons are spring and Fall. Can’t stand the heat of summer! Thank you for this lesson. Nicely explained! Hope you are all healed up soon.
Thank you for your time. I’m so new and using the larger sheets is a great lesson. I don’t have any paper like u but I’ll start looking. Again thank you.
Really enjoyed this video with the collage process of words and picture pieces on the paper clip pockets out of one paper page. These really are very creative and striking. Your voice is calming and relaxing to listen and learn from.
Ceri, My Crafter friend. I have been very sick for the past 4 weeks and have not be able to do anything in my studio. But Thanks to getting the right medical attention and medication I'm back on the mends. So I am watching this amazing video, and it was perfect because a while ago you did a video on making snippets with buttons and lace scraps. Well thanks to you I had a little stanch , so I got to make with you today and finish this project because I had everything you were using to get this done. Now the big reason for me commenting is, please don't ever stop sharing, your spirit of love, happiness, joy and even on the days you don't feel that great, you lift me up you give me inspiration, and help me get through my hard days. Cari, I just love your work your wonderful conversations you have with us. You are my special inspiration , so thank you thank you ever so much. Love your work my friend. NH
One commenter said she loves your teaching. I so agree! The fact is I have a bit of trouble learning & having just been accumulating supplies & tools & just beginning..I was worried whether I could follow some. But you are going to be a huge help I can tell. Thank you Ceri!! 💙🙏from Iowa!!
Im totally trying this! I'm a perain who needs to see something done a few times before i can tackle it so seeing you repeat the process a few times works brilliantly for me!
Personally I love watching you decorate what you make I have learned so much by watching how you balance out the item you are working on. I had to pause the video and get to mass making. I made some of mine 3 inches wide as I wanted a bit wider pockets. After I caught up to the end of gluing I then watched how you decorated yours. Now I just need to make 49 or 50 I can’t remember how many I ended up with lol dangles. For some reason I have never mass made those I guess it’s time to do so! As always loved the video and I am happy your wrist is getting better. Ribs I know take a bit longer I broke 2 and cracked 2 they are no fun at all. Weather here in Oregon has finally decided it’s spring and we are having wonderful weather as well. Thank you for the video. 💖💖💖
I just saw this video again today and I've already 😅done several for friends and family for Valentines Day. Just in time. I'm a long time subscriber from Houston TX
Hi I'm new and I love this. By the way, I bought the same exact paper pack. I love stamperia all the pages are gorgeous. I'm very new to scrapbooking and journaling. I got a lot from your tutorial. Thank you for sharing your knowledge of crafting.
Good to know this works with one-sided paper as well. So many projects/ideas don't. At the moment, I don't have much double-sided paper, and I'm trying to use up the paper I have on hand. Always enjoy your videos!
@CeriGriffiths I'm giving these a try tonight. I'm glad your wrist is coming along. I'm with you on the seasons, by the way. Fall is a definite favorite over spring; I love it when the temperatures cool down after the hot summer. I really enjoy your videos!
These are lovely. Another project to mass make. I heard the reason they didn’t smile was the amount of time it took to the camera to take the picture. I apologize I don’t know the technical details. So it was easier to just look at the camera. Makes sense, but so does being hungry. Thanks for sharing.
I like you, Ceri the crafter. You make me feel happy every time you say "Now" 🙃
Thank you
I feel the same!! He's the nicest man and SO creative.
You are one of those people that everybody thinks…Yes we would be great friends! Except I live in the US but you still seem like a friend. You make us all smile.❤️

I love longer videos I craft along with them
Ceri,
Your videos are never never, never to long. Love talking with you and hearing all your comments and conversation. It's the best.
Thank you so much Naomi

My dad was a photographer... Formal pictures were serious...look at your currant passport
I’d heard it was because of the poor condition of teeth.
I always thought the women looked so miserable because
there was no birth control.
To have little to no hope for a year ahead without another baby, and more work .😢
Life was so much harder.
Great video, I made 14 while you decorated your. Now I have all kinds to decorate in my spare time. Thank you for sharing.
Wonderful!
Love how you made those paperclips. Beautiful work.

They are.

Wonderful!
Love these paperclip pockets. They're just enough to brighten up a page. Glad your hand is healing Ceri. Be easy on the ribs no big laughs, they hurt😢
Sneezing is the worst.
I've never been a fan of Tim Holtz, vintage or shabby chic paper crafting. I think I've changed my mind. These are quite lovely.
Really enjoyed this video with the collage process of words and picture pieces on the paper clip pockets out of one paper page. These really are very creative and striking. Your voice is calming and relaxing to listen and learn from.

Wow you have been productive.
Hi Ceri… love your channel and really like this craft and eager to make some… glad you’re healing… blessings💖🤗🙏🏻
Thank you Grace
Made some!💖
It's great to have a selection of great artists making these kind of things!! Repetition is a great way to remember...for me to make them!
Like wise Louisa.
I just saw this video again today and I've already 😅done several for friends and family for Valentines Day. Just in time. I'm a long time subscriber from Houston TX
Thank you I’m so pleased you’ve found this useful.
Absolutely love you 💯
Thank you
Very helpful instructions and demonstration. You also have great taste and a good eye for detail. Thank you!
Hi I'm new and I love this. By the way, I bought the same exact paper pack. I love stamperia all the pages are gorgeous. I'm very new to scrapbooking and journaling. I got a lot from your tutorial. Thank you for sharing your knowledge of crafting.
Welcome and yes Stamperia has some wonderful designs.
I am so glad your hand is getting better so you can craft again 🎉 I love your videos 🎉😊
Thank you! 😊 Sharon
Good to know this works with one-sided paper as well. So many projects/ideas don't. At the moment, I don't have much double-sided paper, and I'm trying to use up the paper I have on hand. Always enjoy your videos!
Sue dive into your scraps and have fun.
Lol.
Your fingers are magic Ceri. I wish I could meet you in person and see it in real life. thank you for sharing your gifts with us.
Thank you
I am of the same feeling as you, regarding Spring, and Fall. I would love if summer just went away😊
I’m lucky to live in a country with seasonal changes because it makes the year interesting.
I dont like the heat where I live. Its very muggy and makes breathing hard
These are fabulous, i love a good 12 x 12 project, off to take a peek at Gail's now☺☺🤗🤗💜💜
