I'm in the Grey but as features are adding I'm missing ASE but I can't wait for more expansion dlc with the new story map and a bunch of other stuff
10k hours plus in ASE at 2k hours in ASA, and for me, I can't go back to ASE! ASA runs fine for me and the server runs better than ASA server hands down! I do not rent a server, I built my own server and run it myself! It boots faster and needs fewer mods to get the same set-up as I had for ASE.

Agreed. We also run a server out of our house. It’s significantly better then ASE.
Ark2 is going to be a Single player game, with Online Co-op and Multiplayer Match making. Any time you have a designed Main Char in a game, its always single player with added Multiplayer.
Doing some single player now on console. It’s running good but feels a little different. Don’t know if that’s good or bad yet. I do wish that all the maps were out already. I don’t like waiting on the other maps and the Dino/creatures that are only available after the original maps drop. Feel like they should’ve had more available at this point. At the end of the day I’m still playing it so don’t miss out. I will never forget some of my years playing Ark. It was intense. Non stop. Grind.
Remember when ASE came out we had the maps come individually and not as fast as thy come with ASA, takes time to redo thm maps, I like it this way, I can beat a maps, bosses, collectables and tames, thn prepare Dino's for next island, I like beating each island this way

I think ark is a lot like Minecraft with both java (asa) and bedrock (ase).... same game different versions, and i prefer asa, i think all the game play improvements and build improvements are amazing, i feel like a cave man playing ASE, i swear ASA has spoilt me 😅😅
the center is meh, but out of all the maps im most excited to play aberration because that is the only map i did not play from ASE
Very good map. Got a learning curve to it. First time running into a reaper was terrifying

I don't like ASA. Me and my buddy played it and we just didn't like it. ASE is just a better game

@@jpaton4258 maybe, but the numbers are not the entire story. I own my own server with 12 mods that I run from my house, and I am the only one playing on a pc, the other 15 people are all playing it on an Xbox.

I don’t think ASA should have been created in the first place. It’s divided the population and I think the game would have been better if they had just kept updating ASE.
