ARI - an old Skandinavian (fornnordiskt) name, means EAGLE.
Oh, just looked it up! It also means LION in Hebrew! In Albanian BEAR and GOLD. And in Somali it means GIVEN!

Ari means gold in albanian. Arushi means bear as far as i know. Nevertheless an amazing name. My sister's name is ariana🤗 but i think arian would also be a cool option

I like this much more than Aiden, as has been suggested a few times. It is a stronger name, and will not become as dated in the future as Aiden might.

Aiden/Aden or Alexander are popular names here in the US. A recent hipster name that come out is Axel.
Ansgar is a swedish/danish name of someone I know. The meaning is spear of god. Also pronounced AHNS-gahr.
Aden would be a good name also because Somalia is by the gulf of Aden (regards his Somali background) :)
Axel is quite common in France, it does not sound that "hispstery" to me :)
Hu, as a swede, Ansgar sounds super old and a lot of churches are named that; 'Ansgarschurch'. Not at all suiting the character in my opinion.

I adore your wardrobe and fashion sense because it is so fabulously different in a way I've never known before. Also, I tend to suffer most from giving into temptation of distractions so in my mind (though not sure it's needed or even works) I have told myself I will "shake out" the need to do anything else but what is needed, by before doing work, setting about ten minutes to let my brain wonder a bit I.e watching videos or reading comics, and afterwards getting that need out kind of allows me to focus better. Another thing is say I have a coffee or listen to music as a reward for being productive. I set the coffee and music in front of me ready to be listened/ or to drink and leave it without touching it until I get my mind in school or writing mode. this trained my brain to get in the zone faster and still be happy with it's reward and wherever I go if I have those two things I can be productive.

Jenny i loved this video so much. I am struggling with productivity i believed because 1. I do not exercise 2. I am on a screen too close to bedtime 3. I do not like my job i work in a noisy environment in a cubicle and am on the phone all day (and i do not like talking on the phone!) .......so i am seeking a career change but that will take time...in the meantime i would love to implement some of these suggestions to make life seem less daunting.....doing yoga before work or taking a walk after work......decorating my cubicle as my own sacred space.....bringing lunch to work, simple meals like the oatmeal, instead of ordering food and wasting money.........thank u so much i usually never comment, my fingers just started typing.....i think i just journaled :) much love from new york

I'm a graphic designer and I'm at the moment on a master about Publicity and Marketing. Literally, I'm procrastinating while listening to you. I'm so bad to organize my life. I'm trying, now I have a little bujo and I'm trying to note everything I have to do during the week and the following weeks. At least now I'm so aware of when my deadlines are.
I also work from home, and having a daily routine makes me more productive, though I admit that some days flow better than others. I also have a schedule for my week that incorporates non-work related items so that by the end of the day on Friday I've attended to most of the areas of my life...in a good week. I start work at eight am and clock off at five (which is when my husband comes home from work. Oh, and another thing, my hubby will have oatmeal porridge as an evening snack, usually with some raspberries, and my go-to is a smoothie.

Omg thank you, I thought it was just me - I can't focus on one thing if I know there are 3 things that have to be done but won't take long. It's a mix of procrastinating one topic by still being productive! Especially when they are easy on the mind, like laundry or packing for the weekend trip. Also - I don't do breakfast, but a good stretching session followed by some juice first thing in the morning really wakes me up :) and to get out of bed in the first place - the phone with the alarm is very far away, and next to it there's a glass of water! I'm due to finish my master's thesis - the pressure is real!

For waking up refreshed i can recommend drinking moon milk before going to bed. You can find a lot of recipes on pinterest but I'm too lazy and too poor for making this fancy moon milks so here is how i do it: I cook milk in a pot on and meanwhile its cooking im boiling water. When the water is ready im pouring it in a cup like almost a half of it. Im adding half tbsp of nutmeg, half tbsp of cinnamon a pinch of cayenne pepper,one tbsp of ashwagandha (it's the most important ingridient so don't skip it!) and half spoon of maple syrup (you can use honey if u want to :)). Im mixing it and then add to the milk. Let it cook for one minute and it's ready. I recommend drinking it every night, I'm drinking it every night for 6 days now and honestly I'm getting sleepy before 10pm and waking up before 6am without alarm.

I'm writing my Bachelor thesis right now and still have trouble getting motivated to sit down and write. I like the reading and taking notes part but actually writing those 40 pages... It really helps to get out of the appartment and go to a library or coffee shop though, at least for me. Sitting on the couch in a cozy environment doesn't work for me at all, I just get sleepy :D
My problem with productive day is doing grocery shopping for food, wash the laundry etc, how do you organize all the daily tasks like that? Thanks a lot for your answer and thanks a lot fort your video ❤️

Well I'm just starting my new life of self employed architect. I need to find a routine that will work for me. The thing I'm most excited about working at home is making lunch and going to the gym whenever I want. I really hope I won't fell in a procrastinating hole !

I Dont know, how all of you seem to eat oats every mornng and be productive. If i eat them, i fall asleep round about 30-40min. after i ate them. Just cannot keep my eyes open. For me it is much better to eat nothing at all until around 11:00 and then eat something with high protein. Till 11:00 water or tea does just fine. :)

I feel more productive when I'm not at home, because at home I feel distracted by house chores. I also use an app called Forest- stay focused that helps me stay away from facebook by planting virtual trees :-D
I use same one as well. Does not give me 100% defense from distractions, but, at least, I'm not peeking into my phone
