Thanks Erik. We are thinking of y’all and praying for the best. Time for a good day of rain!
I totally agree. Let it rain.
Thank you for this great information concerning the fires and how to go to very helpful links. Praying for Estes and surrounding areas.
You are so welcome
Thank you Erik, God bless and I am keeping you covered in prayer.
Much appreciated
Excellent advice! As a retired firefighter, I fought my share of wildfires, and they can be even more dangerous than structure fires. Myself, along with many others are praying that the Estes Park area finally gets some rain soon! Be safe out there! Lord willing, I will be there August 24th for some epic hikes and photography.
Hopefully conditions will be much better by late August. We normally get some wetter weather around mid-August.
Great presentation Erik. Stay safe.
Thanks, will do!
Thank you for the information!
My pleasure.
I am going there on 5 august will it be okay ?
I would assume it will be fine, but fires are unpredictable. It could flare up at any time if the winds pick up. Follow the advice in the video and you should be fine.
❤Thanks Erik😊. We are 10 miles from the fire. We have the truck loaded and ready to go as soon as we get the voluntary evacuation notice.
So glad you are prepared, staying informed and alert!
Bro.
We have the same last name, who are you?
My family came from the Stensland farm near Tordal, Norway and moved to the US in 1869. My great grandparents (George and Thea) eventually settled in North Dakota near Fairdale.

I hope you stay safe. Glad you too are prepared.
Thanks for the update, Eric! I feel very lucky that our visit to Estes Park was two weeks ago. My thoughts and prayers are with you and everyone else in the area!
Thanks Kathy.
