Breathwork, done correctly has the power to heal the body, mind and the soul🙏
For anyone needing, my favorite breath work that I learned in therapy, and honestly is the one that works the best during anxiety or panic attacks is, you breath in for as long as you can, you hold it for 3 seconds, breath out, calmly, for as long as you can, and then you hold for 3 seconds. Repeat at least 7 times. For me, it works every time 🙏
I do Bhastrika Pranayam in my routine.
It's basically deep rapid breathing exercises.
First 5-10 breathes will be slow & deep.
Then remaining ones will be deep and rapid.
In one go we can do 100 times.
And rounds of exercise can be as per your capacity.
I have been doing this for quite a long time now, and the peace it gives to my Mind & Body is phenomenal ❣️ Worth trying 🧘

Thank you so much! This is exactly what I’ve been needing/looking for - simple breath work that I can do anytime of the day on the go, as sometimes it’s not practical to meditate for 5 mins alone in a room when I feel my emotions bubbling up

@@89misspigy Remember that a SAHM is more employed than a big shot consultant with Mckinsey or whatever! And you are doing it for nothing just love! I know that being a mum of two boys how tough it was. :)
I love radhi. She is very calming, grounded, and raw. Great routines we can implement in our lives.
This is by far my favorite breathing practice technique!
I have been having anxiety attacks since the 5th grade and up till now I still struggle to deal with them when they happen. I just go to an empty place and let it happen until I can breath again. I am going to try these techniques and hopefully they'll help me next time.✊

I practice the nasal breathing regularly, and make a mudra with my other hand at the same time. Never was taught to put fingers on the third eye but this is a great addition. Fire breath is also a favourite.

So first you said around 5:15 min mark that feel the breath filling up bottom up and then leaving from shoulder to chest to stomach but then during the exercise it was other way around. Am I missing something?
