Afrah Kapadia last is harsh but it’s true to say she doesn’t fit the traditional standards mold but she’s still beautiful in her own way sort of like how many think of Hwasa as beautiful in her own way.
The first song of loona that i listened was Heart attack and i remember thinking "Wow this girl is insanely gorgeous, is she a member?" When Haseul appeared at the end, since then for me she's the ultimate visual.
There's no way Yeojin is 5' if Gowon is 5'1". She's always wearing 2-3" lifts\heels and is still a good 2"+ shorter than Gowon. I think Yeojin is like 4'9 or 10 I don't care what nonsense BBC is trying to put out.
I agree with the top 3 quite a lot. Especially the part with Jinsoul. Her visuals are very much catering to western tastes while Hyunjin is more to Korean tastes, especially since she also happens to look like a lot of other visuals in other Kpop groups.
When I first started stanning Loona she Hyunjin would frequently look like Tzuyu to me. She doesn't really pop like that to me anymore though and she has her own natural beauty.

BBC said they chose loona members also by making sure that they wouldn't fit Korean beauty standards!! That's why none of them have all the criteria (I'm still shocked how short they are when Olivia, Yves and Jinsoul look like giant). But even if they did that, they made sure that the skin color would match. If you look at Choerry in her early prequels she is tanned, which is very beautiful I miss her tan :/

I mean, 170 cm is pretty damn tall for Asian women in general, and very few countries actually have 170 cm as the average height for women. Most of Loona are average for Korean and Chinese women, although some of them are quite short even by Korea's average (Looking at Yeojin there). And honestly, I can only think of a few kpop idols that are actually that tall, and even many male idols are only a few centimeters taller than that.

Nuraina R. Usually, people have a pretty noses, big eyes, and full lips. Even if the features as individuals look beautiful, it would not necessarily mean they will as a whole. You can tell when facial features are not compatible when one feature stands out too much or if the overall facial look is awkward.
Whatever Koreans think, let's accept the fact; Olivia has something that attract your attention. I love all the members but Olivia shines in the stage in different way...

(I'm a weird person) You mistook their heights Jinsoul is not 164cm, but 166 cm. Same applies for Yves. Yves's height was mentioned in her model profile. Olivia is around 165-166cm (and still growing). I apologise if I came as a rude person, but I needed to let this out of my chest.

Usually, people have a pretty noses, big eyes, and full lips. Even if the features as individuals look beautiful, it would not necessarily mean they will as a whole. You can tell when facial features are not compatible when one feature stands out too much or if the overall facial look is awkward.
