    made this tonight with Aldi frozen corn. blew us away! just great. will be a regular for us.
    no butter, salt or pepper in water. seasoning in foil was butter & garlic powder.

    Yum! And russet potatoes are excellent in the instant pot. Give each a poke or two, put a little water in the bottom of the pot, put the rack in and about sixteen minutes! Way better then microwave or baking! It turns out so moist and yummy!

    Question Why do you add butter and spices to the water? Since you have already done soaked your corn in the melted butter, seasonings and you have wrapped them alluminium paper
    Have you tried without making them wrap and wrap alluminium paper and place them straight on the grid?

    Why add foil when the corn cooks perfectly without it? Also, aren't you wasting the butter, salt & pepper you put in the water?...

      +Grace Gordon A rack is readily available at Amazon.com. Just make sure it is made of Stainless Steel.
