The First experimental video ever made for Soundplay back in 2016 and though it was fun it turned out to be a lot of work for one person haha. The Rubanks Intermediate Method for Drums is in my personal opinion the very best book to start off on if you are brand new to drumming. The Rubanks Intermediate Method for Drums Exercise One seems simple but it goes over a ton of fundamentals that get you into the flow of reading music via repeats, coda's, and different rest variants to change pulse feel.
The Lavalier mic does cut out in the middle so the vocal audio does sound a bit off, but I hope this still helps those watching this video for the lesson.
Room I used was my colleges percussion studio late into the night. I used three cameras, Gopro Hero 3 + Black, Canon Powershot HS, and a LG V10 phone. The audio was a cheap Chinese lavalier mic That I connected to the interface via line in, an Audix i5 for the snare, and two cheap condenser mic overheads.
