Have me a 1974 Suzuki TS 250 that I am doing maintenance on. The fork seals just didn't wanna come out. Searched UA-cam and found this vid. Worked like an absolute charm. After a bit of heating with a propane torch, the seals came out quite easily. This process gets the official Gucker Tott stamp of approval.
I’m doing this exact job on a 2005 CBR 125. I’ve loosened the fork clamp bolt but I just won’t come out and I can’t separate the 2 parts of the fork. Did you have any trouble with it ?
