Roma and Atalanta come to mind, because fighting Inter/AC Milan for the title is a lot more doable than PSG/City/Real, but there's that "Non EU" transfer rule that might screw him up.

You have two rules: 1) 99 registration spots 2) At least 12 german players (not on matchday, just registered!) which, when you dont fulfill that requirement means minus one registration spot per german missing. So if you try to get no germans at all, you can field a X11 out of 87 foreigners. The only important registration rules are the ones of the European Compitions (4 HG-Club, 8 HG-Nation).

i see people saying 2k is as worse as ea for the new fifa game, but when i played 2k it was pay to win but youd spend like 1-2 hundred and get a top 5/3 player in that promo. we saw streamers open 10k packs or spend $10k and get NONE or earps/bright toty. am i tripping? these two arent even in the same league for monitization
You could start an unemployed career where you work your way up through the leagues getting new jobs but if that’s a bit too long term managing a high level second division team is usually good because it gives you a season to settle down and forces you to find steals or lower level players instead of just buying all the popular guys
I had to reload a save twice cause my best player kept getting injured on the first game and for the entire season without having any indication of injury previously. Why did that happen?! I had to legit sit him and then when play him the next game he legit got injured again but this time for only 3 months so i just ate that and said fuck it.
