Find yourself a big ol chunkof real thick steel, preferably .750 thick plate or thicker 2 foot by 2 foot. Blast the heater right onto it but so it is deflecting off it at an angle to blow it into the shop area. That plate will radiate the heat for even longer than your bench did at a higher temp. That way you can blast that for 10 minutes getting the shop up to 70 degrees quickly and that plate up to about 250 or so. The diesel heater and camper heater should easily be able to maintain temp with the giant plate heat sink radiating with it.
What?? I can't hear you, It's t...oh wait..I'll turn up my volume. I can hear you fine at 28%.That is 1 heck of a blower on that though.I saw someone commented on using a steel plate, and that's a good idea. I just don't want to be the one moving it. Cinder blocks also will hold heat and the diesel heaters blowing across will share it as well. Plus you can move them and use them elsewhere when needed. Merry Christmas, and a Happy New Year !!
Those heaters really heat a space quick 😊
Thanks for the detailed sharing!
The heater looks excellent
That blue flame is the hottest flame 🔥 to heat up the shop

And I though it was cold here in Maryland at 21 degrees this morning
Put the heater out side, blow the hot air into the shop area through a tube , no noise ……
