I once had the unfortunate experience of striking a conversation with an elderly person at a coffee shop who proceeded to inform me about everything about patents and trademarks. What I thought would be at most a 10 minute conversation turned into an hour and a half of social torture, and I remain weary of talking to old people to this day. Why am I saying this? I imagine this player experiencing the same tire and dread of realizing that this game wouldn't be your typical match. Whenever they see a human opponent, the memory of this match will flash through their mind as they worry if this is the match where they'll go through hell one more time.
Lmao. I once was hostage in a 3 hour conversation with a douchebag Chicago lawyer in a USA domestic flight. I wish I had grown the courage to say "I would like to stop talking now", but i kept thinking of polite nonverbal signs and he wouldn't have it. I wish you the same willpower next time. I think we can do it next time.
I wanna see gameplay like this but on a sunken ruins map with laboratory + merc camp where you can slowly hire makruka deepseers and fill 1 or 2 zeppelins, then airdrop them in an enemy base and summon a mass of prawns to overwhelm them. I used to do this vs AI and was fun as hell but never had the balls (or skill) to pull it off vs real players.
@Grubby I have a request for an additional troll move for future similar matches. Buy some goblin sappers, invis them and position them around enemy town hall and then proceed to blow them all up at the same time straight from the shadows of invisibility. By the time the enemies eye of sauron zooms into the attacked base, he won't even see any trace of how this trickery happened :D Anyway a fun match and a great demonstration of pest control by your enemy.
@@eliokhoueiry that's my entire point tho. It's a long ass game, it's impossible they didn't know. They sure as hell knew that Grubby turtled the f out of his expos
This was longer than a game of thrones episode. Usually when i watch good tv, it's around the 30-40 minute mark I check how far into the episode I am because I hope I'm only like 20 mins in and there's more to go. In this case I was 48 mins in and mortified there were 40 mins to go.
I donno why but it was so satisfying how you finally were attacking a bunch of his bases with siege engines and all sides while he was trying to defend, scout everywhere and completely stop you from expanding and it was like you finally check mated him after an hour
If he hadnt let Grubby keep that top right base for so long, he would have won much faster lol. Weird that he seemed to always check every place except there lol
Did you know most pilots will never say "Roger, Wilco!" It's actually a redundant phrase. The 'Wilco' part already implies the message was heard and the receiver will comply (WilCo), eliminating the necessity for the response "Roger"
I remember running track to the point of being able to count seconds in my head perfectly and this reminds me of a mutliconductive brain operation of that
I remember that attack speed math, it is due to Bloodmage having one of the smaller attack animations or something like this, but AFAIK they all lose to Alchemist on Chemical Rage as he can achieve the highest amount of attacks per second in the game.
Builds an impenetrable fortress that we don't get to see once. Would have been fun to see if after all his gold mines collapsed to hold the base down....

That thumbnail LMAO. You should make a map with your face as a bloodmage, and all other characters. Will be something like that arthas thing where you need more arthas to do arthas
The funny thing about this mirror match is that between the two players they built every human unit and hero, but no hero or unit was built by both players. I might be wrong on the units, but it's close (did opponent build any sorcs?). Like they each only got part of the human roster to work with.
Considering how much power moonwells give to NE heroes I don't see why you should stick to hard "No units" rule to just keeping 1-2 healer units in base on hold position.
lol was watching this whole thing and towards the end was wondering, man how is grubby gonna pull this one off there is no way! And u didn’t which made sense…lol!
I think the best possible abbreviation for BCT/BAT would be BAC (Basic Attack Cooldown). That way it would be very intuitive to discuss for players, but onlookers would think the units were all drunk.
Yeah, as much of an honor it would be to play Grubby, if I see his name on load screen I will quit. That's just not how I want to spend the rest of my life.
Im very much a noob in warcraft 3 despite my many attempts to get better at times but why didn't his opponent get the tower passive that reveals invis sooner? Did he not have the necessary buildings/gold?
So. This is how Iraq war summarized in Wc3... Sending Goblin sappers... bases keeps spawning everywhere... Attacking with flamestrike on enemy non-combatant peasants, then sending the Phoenix on attacking th. Then sending tanks, gyrocopters... Cloak of flames... for the commander of the army.
Held him hostage for an hour and a half
Held us hostage for an hour and a half

Maybe the real Warcraft were the towers we made along the way.
I initially looked at the length of this video and thought. "Oh, two bloodmage games today?" I have never been so wrong.

Which one of you won?
@@MeetYourCows The opponent.
In the End Grubby won if he has scared this players heart forever
You would think he’d get magic sentry after like the fifth time the bloodmage sneaked in invis 😂
Only took him 50mins I see now lmfao
got it an hour in, thats crazy

Let us all remember that this beautiful display started with Grubby trying to show the mechanical critter trick. Little did he know.
This is the stupidest thing I've ever seen. I love every second of it
42:20 It's 2024 and I still learn something about the game: the phoenix egg will TP with your town portal
That line of towers really didn't pay off 😂
It kinda did, though? During the course of the entire game there was never any pressure on Grubby's main base. That's worth of its own.
@@tokevarvaspolvi8999yeah true but the opponent didnt even attempt to harass his main base did he even know or see he had towers 🤔lol

- How much time you play human?
- Yes.
when Bober vs Tutorial4420?
at the end of days
Highlander. There can be only one
Grubby should actually take BLH to the next level and start arranging matches between the more distinguished players, that'd be lit :D
@@tokevarvaspolvi8999 It'd then just be full of smurfs, this way is better because they have no idea.
@@squidikka Yeah, good point
when Archmage becomes lvl 6 you cant win by trolling, mass telepot overtrolls
Yeah, you can't really outmanoeuver an opponent with mass teleport and a bigger army. He had full map control at that point.
well, not in a 4 player map in a macro situation anyway.
The cooldown on that thing is so low.
Small 1v1 map with few goldmines still be possible.
You don't want to bring bloodmage and cannon towers to the pool. They splash around too much.
Took a few minutes for me to get it. Thank you for this
It's like playing a game after pressing continue at the victory screen
47:30: It's not about winning, it's about the towers you made along the way.
Respect to both players. This was a hell of a match 😅
So my conclusion is: Once you watch too many Bronze Heroes games, something just snaps in your brain and this happens xD
Love your content

I like how the sorceress goes with him everywhere, like his apprentice
Watching this game was nothing short of amazing! I have truly seen a master at work. Koodoos to the opponent for putting up such a good fight.
@6:45 thanks for building the wall Grubby!
He will be so happy and cherish this so much when he find it. gg
Amazing. Grubby still plays wc3. Childhood memory vibes
Makes me want to see how a serious "heroes + workshop units only" build would actually work
I've learned from this channel you can't really lame anymore
Thank God
Super impressed by the strom bolt TP dodge at 27 min!
I really should’ve checked the length of this video before delving into it, Illidan was right, “You are not prepared!”

Thanks!
If he hadnt let Grubby keep that top right base for so long, he would have won much faster lol. Weird that he seemed to always check every place except there lol
he could ve won in so many ways, just def one base and mine it out , max flyers and attack main e.g.
its like him having the archmage teleport was a cheat code he had over you
I didn't know you could play the secret blood elf mission in multiplayer, guess you learn something everyday

It's like Dota. There's only one roster to share and you can't pick a unit if your opponent already picked it.
it was a draft match
