    Try eating salted oysters.(there are many salted food in Korea)
    (Ingredients)
    1,200g of oysters.
    Thick salt 2.5 Tbsp.
    2Tbsp Soju (if not, you can cooking wine)
    1/3 radish.
    (sauce Ingredients )
    1 green onion.
    2 spicy pepper
    1/2Tbsp of ginger.
    2 Tbsp minced garlic.
    8 Tbsp of Red pepper powder.
    2Tbsp of oligo-sugar
    4 Tbsp of Anchovy fish sauce
    2 Tbsp.Sesame seeds
    (Directions)
    1. Wash oysters gently in salt water. (Refer to the video)
    2. Add thick salt 2Tbsp+ soju 2Tbsp to the washed oysters and soak for about an hour.
    3. Slice radish into small and thin pieces, add 1/2 of thick salt, soak for 15 minutes, and squeeze it in cotton cloth to prepare.
    4. Chop the white part of the green onion. (At this time, remove the insides - so that it doesn't get sticky)
    5.Chop two spicy peppers.
    6. Remove water by the salted oysters.
    7. Put the seasoning in the oysters and mix all.
    8. Put it in the refrigerator for a day and eat it.
    (Put it in a sterilized glass bottle or bowl)
