    Thank you for making this video. I tried to do lunges and my thigh muscles felt like they were being stabbed anytime I tried to use them afterwards, for like 4 days straight.

    Hey Donald. I find that a major problem for me is balance. It seems that I used to drop one side of the hip, which would throw off my balance. I see a lot of people struggling with this as well, just thought I'd share.

      Many times, if one side of the pelvis drops lower than the other side it is caused by weakness of the Gluteus Medius Muscles. Here is an anatomy video that may be helpful

      If I were you would perform these exercises to strengthen the Gluteus Medius
