Hey Donald. I find that a major problem for me is balance. It seems that I used to drop one side of the hip, which would throw off my balance. I see a lot of people struggling with this as well, just thought I'd share.
Many times, if one side of the pelvis drops lower than the other side it is caused by weakness of the Gluteus Medius Muscles.
